today just feed the kids instant prata makan wif gule...they like~! for myself donnoe wat to eat...malas nak makan tspi pewut dah berkeroncong....
 
HI Liz, lain kali beli instant salad and keep in fridge. Then bila lapar, maybe panfry / boil chicken breast with seasoning and cut into small pcs and voila ! Dah ada makan. Healthy and cheap.
 
ti....bukan apa...cuma takder selera nak makan...malas....so i just drink water....hahaha....kalau hari hari gini kan bagus...kat dapor ada makan tapi i tgk jer lahh...maybe hubby balik baru ada selera agaknya
