Morning mummies....
mamaliz..memang ku pening lalat mc sampai 2 hari tau..migraine gile..today back to work tapi Alhamdullilah berkat kesabaran, i view 1 malay house yesterday and alhamdullilah its within budget n its at Toa Payoh..and its 40k diff from the one previously i told u tau..but e disadvantage is its at 3rd level n house need a little bit of reno, but its ok la, syukur da dapat. and they only ask $500 deposit. i have put deposit but yet to exercise. If everything goes smoothly agent say by April-June should be able to get the keys..Pray for me k..Now da nak kena source for renovation company pulak lol.

usually its a mth....kalau simple can be lesser...
lynzi also used ideal house, she recommend the co. to me lahh...she used Max....total 15k...5rm

big no eh for chew interior....banyak hidden cost....i dgr a lot of comments from friends n relatives they pay so much for so little...
u want kenneth/steven nya number i can give u...jus give a call n reccee....or u can just email n ask for quotation once u got the hse plan...get ur agent to get it for u...

wif kenneth its different...different IDs have different ways of dealing w customers...
we sms him that we wud like a quotation for our hse...then he sms back to email him the hse plan n our ideas....he email the quotation to us wen its done n we meet up once to jus verify if the ideas are correct...do some rectification n he will get back again wif the right ideas n adjustments...hopefully a smaller budget too cos i dah cakap wats my budget...

mamaliz oh ok..but if i don have much idea but i like the portfolio in their website..can i show them the pics..and tell them its roughly wat i want..wow the promotion package looks good n comes with free gift seh hehe..ok i will ask my agent for the house plan..today im going to meet him at hdb.

this thing keeps appearing n disturbing our life sehhh....especially angry wif those parents yg anak dah kena hfmd then still nak bawak diorang out jalan jalan pasal kesian tgk diorang bosan....
ingat lagi report yg prent tu make a pool party for her son who have hfmd pasal nak cheer him up...then so stoopid invite all his classmates...irresponsible~!

depan, belankang and tengah all ade passenger
her mother i tak understand, betol takde hati perut
tak boleh tolong tengok tengok kan pun her cucu
and she takde cucu lain k..
