ANY MALAY MUMS HERE?

You pun same problem? Actually I dah pegi urut, pegi sinseh, private doctor, physiotherapist and acupuncture - semua dah try tapi masih rasa sakit.
Then my daughter brought me to her friend, Dr Kalwanjit Soin at Mount Elizabeth - got a jab and was better tapi tangan masih belum boleh sampai ke-belakang.
Ni pula macam terasa sakit lagi so my daughter will make another appointment for me at Mt E.
Cuma susah sikit pasal Dr Soin tak charge - consultation and jab (total about $400) dia kasi free so macam malu nak jumpa dia lagi.
You tak boleh biarkan gitu ajer tau nanti tangan terus tak boleh angkat.

entahlah i notice ive got that problem since i gv birth to my son ah dah quite smtimes kan.. cam alih2 terfreeze gitu so my movments kan lau nak2 tima sapu vicks at belakang aduh cam kena lock seh.. so sakit ah then from there pelikat tangkap.. ni gara2 few days ago ah try applying the vicks sendiri so skg pelikat at kiri dah sakit sgt.. this has been here since i preggy my doter.. tak dibtulkan urat i terus sampai skig tak leh sejuk or tersalah langkah ah start ah dia bisa..</font>

Just to share my Views on the topic discuss earlier. I believe all parents want the best for their kidz
I agree with the mummies here tat we cant force learning,i strongly believe in accidental learning and learning through play environment
Actually i would rather teach my son n cultivate him the love for learning n love for reading rather than tell him"study2 read2"..then he might find learning n reading a chore right? Just my POV..hehe

Nora.R , i agree with you. Lucky for Maya suka books. Kalau kita kasi buku, dia suka flip-flip and see the pic.. kalau namapak gambar CAT or BIRD, nanti dia point and say .. CAT..
kita baca Magazine or books or newspaper pun dia sibuk nak baca... Hopefully, it's not just a phase.. hope that she grow up loving books

selamat tengah hari semua!!
pasal didik anak ni i kecewa skit pasal my dotter lambat cakap...veryyy lambat...even in nursery n kindergartens she cant say much....but the teachers assure me its a pahse wic i dotn get it at all sehh.....i mean 4-6yrs old belum pandai cakap...?
now she can converse better but main shoot ajer....kekadang the vocabs all wrong...org pun tak paham....mintak mintak she'll get better in time lahhh....Reading wise dia tak suka, nak comics ajerr...bawak pi library tengok gambar....
yang suka buku is the brother....cos he always sees me reading so he also follow suit....cuma kakaknya ajer yg tak suka....
if go library she will tell me way ealier that she doesnt want any books! aiyoh....

Mamaliz..Sarah is ok dear..at least she is very sociable and if she likes comics..give her at least reading but limit..maybe u can try other areas like those reading dvds..play while reading
You nevr noe she may lambat speak but she will be much much better in other ways much faster than other kids..Doa for her ok

i do allow her a comic or 2 lah wen she really dont want the books...library pun lent out such comics that she likes...
have to admit though that she's good in other areas as in independence....n emphaty for such a young age...able to understand people's illness/sickness ....will help out whereever she can....alhamdulillah..
dvds ....hahah.....she n the brother are collecting the dora series.....n they both enjoy it....hopefully that helps her out a bit...

i had sup soto since tekak tak sedap nari mmg niat dah nak posa tp aduh tekak sungguh perit cam burning seh.. so tadi pagi je dah makan lozenges still camtu.. then minum coke dgn graram still camtu.. then later i tink ill pop panadol ah coz ada sakit pala gak ah.. ni badan plak dah cam seram sejuk & my pelikat tgh berdenyut seh sakitnya aduh..</font>

My son pun kidal. Tends to write mirror image also..
He can write all things terbalik! At first I was afraid tht he might be dylexic..pasal whenever I asked him to copy a word or just writing his name, he will write it in a terbalik form sometimes even numbers!
Eventually did some test, he's not proven to be one..its just his kidal issues thats making him having tht mirror image.

I didnt push Sharf in anything. All I did was some brain activities with him, itupun I didnt push at all. buat suka2 aje..Now somehow he enjoys drawing..hari2 pagi petang siang mlm drawing jer..So I just let him be.
If that is gonna be his skill, I dont mind letting him doing what he enjoys doing.

U noe even in childcare there r kidz yg a little bit autistic tau..diff to understand them tau..n pity the parents also
