me did the implanon at KK..bout the weight gain tak juga tau im coming to my 21/2 years n baru ni i realise maybe metabolism da makin low..just now heard at radio they say coffee can increase metabolic rate, don n oe how true. n bout cramps i cant comment much pasal memang frm last time memses ok no cramp..e only side effect yg i can think of is the menses super irregular la..even my doc had to induce my menses after 6 mth. but the doc say its very normal n if u don mind it actuaaly tak ya nak induce but i scared so i induce je..

Lynzi ya i did but 1 month je lol

so they change my both 2 toilets and kitchen nye tap...yesterday when bills shows the water usage down by 70%...

one thing is gd dat the water flow very the kecik..and the bills still the SAME...mayb the rate higher now...kalau tak lagi tinggi wor...
