Not that I know of during pantang to tdo tiarap plak. I dibengkung and my baby sleep beside me. If needed to feed him, cmne seh nk bgn dari tiarap? I was strictly told by mom and makcik urut to tdo 45 deg jadi darah putih tak ke atas. Sumthg like that.

U remind me of my MIL keep telling all her side that I nie menantu lembik bab belum "masanya", both pregnancies I took 1 month no-pay leave and make a fuss to my husband like why he allowed me doing so. Still, I pekak kan telinga jer cos I'm the one carrying my loads. not her. So to proof, I didnt take any epidurals (tho I feel like having it) and rely with the one and only laughing gas. Lepas selamat melahirkan, the 1st qn asked by MIL and SIL, "Camne? Nie mesti ambil epidural kan sebab Su tak tahan sakit.."
At last I cubit husband to tell them that I do not need any epidural for my labour.
Kadang-kadang, I fikir balik tau sis -- lembik sangat ke kita nie?

Morning mummies!
Waiting for the boys to wake up so that can get the abang ready for school. Today will be a busy busy day coz haven't start packing for tomorrow's trip.
Welcome to athlete and q (pandai pandai shortformkan nick orang..hehe).
San, I think you're one of the lucky few who have mothers who are still very strict about confinement. My mom is a working mom so she took leave for a week only. She only tell me the do's and don'ts roughly. Makan, asam pedas pun jalan terus. My mom cakap ok, I bedal ajer. Bengkung I pakai when my husband is around to help me tie (after the 7th day).
I experienced bentan (tapi tak teruk sangat) after my 2nd delivery. Lepas hantar my baby to KKH for check up (about 2 weeks old at that time), went to Vivo with my husband and sons. Konon nak jalan jalan and makan pasal dah 2 weeks terperap kat rumah. Balik rumah jer I menggigil macam nak demam and badan semua sakit sakit.

for e tiarap is gd for csect mummies lah.. normal delivery tak ya nak tiarap.. coz our wound kan cam bengkak so if frequent tiarap is to reduce e sweeling & also can kempiskan perut..

another thing u can do, pagi je bangun u minum air asam 1 gelas then baru u berus gigi, mandi sarapan smua.. all e kotoran will ilang & can maintain ur perut tu.. dont worry abt the rasa its very sweet... i shld practice that again ah now, asik lupa je.. Ni utk long term ah if u rajin..

u all noe tak those who beranak anak boys ur urat then to putus more than beranakkan anak girl? sbb tu its very impt to take care else nanti dah tua can c u r not dat berseri sgt coz ive seen those mummies or makciks lah yg ada anak lelaki more than anak pompuan.. they tend to look older than their age.. tak salah anak lelaki urat putus dlm abt 9 or 10 bt girl lesser.. only abt 2 or urat je yg putus.. (this is another knowledge ah got to noe from org tua2)

my bentan was very trauma ok, luckyi got thru & byk istigfar else i might gone crazy seh
siangnya je ive got tumpah darah alot of blood gushing out of me seh, cam paip bocor.. sampai my mum panicked & tadahkan baldi kecik & imagine dat baldi was fulled with my blood..!!
then e petang nak dekat maghrib ah ku kena e bentan, i was shivering like hell, i cldnt walked, my face dah pucat, my eyes dah rolled upwards.. my mum takut asked my hub to come back early, they kept calling me & ask me to istihgfar ingat Allah.. it lasted for abt 30mins.. i tink if i tak sedar gak confirm i wld b rushed to hospital..

smalam i baca this thread tapi lari lari pasal cuma sempat baca pastu terus keluar berjalan....sesekali sewa kreta, lantak ajer lahhh....tak tau nak balik umah...kekekeke
smalam gi changi airport to eat at Tong Shui Cafe, yg sebelah breeks, boleh tahan lah the food , they like got over 600 items on the menu! ala ala cina...interesting place n food...tapi mahal jugak...sakit poket~
hari ni entah nak pi mana pulak...me n hubby slalu camtu, dah masuk kreta pastu blank~ entah mana nak tuju...kekekek
ni topik pasal after birth ni, i masa my first born, my mum ada jugak tolong tolong sikit taoi my second born kita settle sendiri...ok jugaklah since hubby amik leave almost a mth...dia yg do everything for me...alhamdulilah bole depend on him...bengkung and pilis semua i pakai for abt a mth jerr...cos nak jaga hilmi after hubby off to work so leceh, ni case make do with watever u can do...

Part bentan nie tk boleh buat main lah. Some pple blom kena, that's y take it lightly but bila dah kena...they tends to take it seriously afthnd. My family members kip reminding tis even till today. Cos yg susah kita. Demam tk tentu arah, nak kena papah etc...

Masing-masing punya family babe. Aft I gv birth, MIL did offer to stay w her during confinement but mom dun allow doing so cos noeing she's working and cnfrm no one to tc of me and bb. I was glad mom/dad offered me to stay with them during that period.

my ds dia sapukan minyak kelapa wiz bawang kecik supaya tak kembung..air kena masak betul2 tua ...

shimmers / nora, thanks, i pun was actually v surprised abt it, but happy of cos. i'm not that young, 33 already. i did the ivf at kkh. and actually did acupuncture for abt 3 mths just before i conceived naturally. maybe it helped, dgn kuasa tuhan...

i did went to Dr Aziz then change to KKH for a few check up but doc said nothing all are well...
so i just enjoy myself go travelling and gi urut sana sini hehehe....
mayb dat time i lasak orang nye coz my hb ride big bike and we went travelling di seberang quite often.
After sold his bike and change to car baru lah leh conceived...bila dah conceive i weny back for my 3 preg check up at Dr Aziz...</font>

me 2 hubby ride big bikes n we went across the causeway very often...
then we settle down wiz a car baru manage to get Anaqi ....Sama gak gi urut, minum jamu...gi buat lab test kat Dr Aziz and went for incision (laproscopy) coz doc said I had Ovarian cyst...huh

oh u tried acupunture.. i tried also. Twice aje, i was so paranoid that the sinseh forgot to take out the needles.. pasal dah sampai rumah pun i masih rase the vibration.
Actually i also conceived thru IVF i did it with Dr Christine Yap at Mount E i was 35 then. You got any more embryos?

Laproscopy was juz to burst the cyst...I detect the cysts coz I had very2 irregular menses

i pon gi laprascopy, i think most gynae want to have a look see that everything is in order. For me i removed one ovary bec dah infected, fallopian tube sumbat. Then the other fallopian tube bergulung mcam telephone cord. so the doc unwind it for me.. lepas operation tu rase sakit dia berdenyut denyut.

morning momma naqi & danryan, i also had ovarian cysts, went for lap op at kkh to remove. for me, also dulu my job require alot of travelling and long hours. it was actually very gd and my hb was very understanding and supportive even though i banyak tinggal kan dia. but after 8 years, i thought dah cukuplah...

actually kalau laprascopy itself just tebuk 3/4 small holes je. then dorang masuk kan camera as the eye to do the procedure. For me i rase sakit bec kena godeh mcm mcm kat dlm tu.. hehheh. Dun be surprised, some ladies go for laprascopy in the morning then besok dah discharge.

yup juz small holes...but sakit dia..ya ampun macam bersalin gak...i had 3 holes...kiri / kanan n kat pusat..
i remember seh bila I did dat i nangis i cakap
kat hubby sakit dia nauzubillah.

i cam nak buat ligation pun ada seh.. baru chat my fren, abt my menses yg ilang for 2mths, e symptoms smua ada bt no darah at all kuar on e pad.. cuma wen kencing tu ada skit2 je yg kuar..
she said i cld b preggy, i told her bt im on pills mah? bt yet seh said its 99% mah? hmm now ku sungguh takut.. biarlah ada lain jgnlah ku preggy lagi..
anywy im gg out to take cab to simei for lunch.. later chat again eh.. bye

after the ops kena stay 3 hari n I tak leh bangun
the 2nd day baru leh bangun n jalan but jalan

bila da rasa sakit kan i cakap kat hubby i tak nak jadi pompuan coz i kena go thru dis

Mcm mana nk praise diri sndri eh? I pon tk tahu apa yg positive/negative on me so far that i've contributed in this comp. We mite say sumthg that's positive bt mana tahu the opp said we're on the negative side? I'm just abt 5 mths old here...

I am such a wuss.. dr tak tanye pun nak balik tak, dia tengok i pun takde confident gak ye..hehhe. tapi naqi and athlete mesti agree kalau i cakap time tu kite punye saham kat mate laki kite mesti naik punye.. ye lah.. susah susah go thru all this nak kasi dia zuriat. Lagi la i yg memang penakut ni.
