alah baru gif birth? ah nak kurus cepat ikut ketat on the pantang girl, u can lost & go back to a weight even before u got preggy tau..
i lost alot of weight aft my 1st delivery bt kau naik & double, triple aft my 2nd birth rabak.. n NO NO air batu.. cana hantu or mengidam pung JANGAN.. dgrlah nasihat org2 yg terkena ni hehe

And athlete, better heed the doc advise and rest well... im waiting for the miracle to happen... hehehehe...

camner tak gitu pipinyer. asyik lapar jer. smalam she slept @ 3am tau. me put her down she cry. me carry dier meronta2. dunno wat she want. stress sey tak cukup tido.

Since this yr 1st preg, so have to follow dr advise and lama jugak you conceive eh....same2 like me...got my 1st after 5yrs...now alhamdullilah. The 3rd one and the last just 4mths old.</font>

smalam ayah dier dpt booked out. dier balik makan jup. diam jer si cemplung nie. ayah dier pegi jer @ 10pm, dier start berdrama. dahla me sorang2.

like makan only soupy stuff.. avoid any chill or hot stuff, no air sejuk, if bleh bengkung, bengkung.., bf more to kecut kan uterus &amp; easy to loose also.. hmm apa lagi eh..? kai pilis, jgn lepas, kai stokin, kasi kuar peluh, ikat rambut jgn sampai bentan.. ku tak ingat ah

hehe ku ni ah sampai skg menyesal tak sudah seh.. 2nd nya tak jaga rabak seh.. skg badan ku cam badak...
n since e 1st kena bentan terus ku takut seh... so pilis tak pernah lepas..

Just to share my personal experience cos my prnts are very traditional when comes to after birth.

I went tru 44 days pantang and ONLY came out fr the hse on my 7th day aft birth to review my stitches and baby's condition. Itupun touch and go cos my mom gave us 3 hours to be home fr our chck up. I pakai pilis from morning till the next day, before I bathe. Though my makcik urut only bengkung + urut me only for a week, my mom continue the balance till I reached 44 days for both aft birth pregnancies. Mandi cannot later than 8am. I bathed with hot/warm water + stool to sit on. Kinda stressed jugak bab I terperap kat rumah. 24/7 on bengkung and bila longgar saja, my mom will ask me to go inside the room for her to ikat balik. Haiz...
Jamu pun tak boleh lepas. A must have to consume.
Makanan pon tersedia ikut menu.
Nak katakan, smua terjaga under strict watch lah.

If u were to think on long term basis, this is a good start cuma nk dibiasa kan. It's very traditional and very minimal moms nwdys follow the oldies says.

Losing weight if you hv baka besar/kecil, semua terpulang pada family line masing-masing. I've a gf who's small built (XS size) but aft her pregnancies, she moved to M size. Now tryg to lose some weight. Since you've just gv birth, y not breast-feed ur bb as long there's milk flowing? It does help to lose weight too... =)

Just my 2 cents thoughts here.

den yg ade advice me 2 drink alot water in order 2 BF..

danryan/ momma_naqi, i also had 2 MCs before. i quit my job last year to concentrate on getting preg, cos my job was quite stressful. and all the makcik kpoh comes with the territory, sampai i merajuk pergi Aust for 2 mths early this year....but now alhamdulillah...

irda, yes, must enjoy your honeymoon period now...

I only bathed once a day thru out my 44 days of confinement. That's at 8am. Habis urut, dibengkung + pilis...I'll have a light breakfast. Followed by jamu.

Lunch and dinner, will have Limpa + some soup + vegetables + rice + warm water.

I took chicken essence as a sub since I tak mkn ubat periuk...hehe!
