my kids nk tknk pun kenalah bermanja dgn my il...coz my side both grandparent dah tkde. if dey still ard, sure my kids will feel da dif..(maaf ckp lah..duit collection pun my anak2 tk pernah rasa dari nenek atuk nyer
wah sri, u not werking...abis how u going to manage ur finance once baby out? tapi memang time preggie, few of my frens quit job bcoz of complication...
i lak kalau preggie, immune system teruk..asik sakit jer. kalau tak preggie, nk sakit once a year pun susah..tapi kalau dah sakit,rabak nyer..mc leh dpt 3 hari..

i ada savings sikit2 plus bursary awards nye savings masa skola time.. dh nk kering pun sbb beli brg bb.. mahal seh.. but for few mths nye checkup mum pay for me.. i dh set aside $$ for bb exp like pampers..Susu for 6mths KKH will give me sbb i participate test for sinus..save sikit.. so bb will be given a special milk khas to comabat sinus as me & him ada sinus.. means bb 80% likely to hv sinus too.. hopefully checkup bb kat poly can pay by medisave..after confinement for a mth hv to immediately send resume.. nk find a job ASAP..

i dulu time pregnant makan ape pun tekak tak sedap tapi every nite makan ice cream magnum satu. my sis cakap nanti anak i keluar ade misai macam magnum PI (i understand if most of you yg muda muda tak kenal mangum PI aka Tom Selleck)
Last nite brought my boy to PD again, so since sunday da 3 kali kite pegi doctor. PD put him on nebuliser. tnen give antibiotics for 3 days and this powder in satchet that must mix with water for him to drink everyday over the next 2 weeks.. mak ooii i dengar pun tepanjat, lame ye. PD cakap his lungs is infected and thats causing the fever. Imagine sejak saturday he's been taking fever med every four hrs till this morning masih makan ubat lagi. Kalau tak take the med aje fever dia naik balik. Hopefully he recovers soon la.. kesian tengok dia sakit.

Kalau you in need of anything, just let me know. I ada barang baby yg orang kasi tapi tak pakai, like baby powder, lotion.. ada breast pads pun i ader abt 1 1/2 kotak. Lampin pun ada kalau you duk rumah nak kasi baby pakai lampin, i can give.
As for others, i'm sure kalau some mummies kat sini dah "tutup factory".. and have some old baby clothes to give away.. i'm sure they dun mind donating. Tu kalau you dun mind anak you pakai barang 2nd hand.
Ladies, kalau Sri and other mummies dah beranak and you all nak visit.. i nak ikut ok....

hfmd is very contagious among little children because it's passed via fluids and budak2 ni kan suka masukkan barang2 dalam mulut. jadi, kalau satu kene, yang lain2 yang share mainan/botol air etc pun nanti kene jugak.
it's more widespread in childcare centres dari kalau misalnya your mom takes care of your niece alone. BUT, among childcare centres, it's more easily spread in childcare centres/schools which are fully-airconditioned. so, when choosing CCs/kindergartens etc, make sure you pilih yang takde aircon. diseases dont spread as fast there.

talking about cravings ni...when i was preggy i craved for durians.
2 straight months i ate durians every day...gulp!!
sampai the durian season was over, i quarrelled with my hubby cos i wanted durian but he did not have time to go and buy it.
since its off season the last durian i ate before i lost that craving cost my hubby $25 for 1...hehe.
naddy, how's the LOVELY people (in inverted commas) at C?

Pasal placenta tu, I did tanam for both. My mil will bring it back and cuci sume and dunno wat else she does then she tanam kat bwh pokok kat depan blk dia.
Those of you yg tk ambik balik, hospital usually will give to cosmetic companies. You knw kan, placenta is v sought after for youth looking skin?
Semalam we went to chk out Plyaground@Big Splash but it was so boring and hot! My hb got 2 free tics to lilliputt but older kids may enjoy lah. Lagiun Farah was sleeping whn we reached there and by the time we wanted to leave she woke up! o ingat nk gi swimming kat CSC so went hm to get our things but started to rain...in the end we went to Fidgets!

Explorerkid is at Downtown East kan? I know there's one for kids but for farah they have the softplay section je yg suitable for her age so kita tk masuk cos byr mahal2 but cn only play that area.
NDP - 2 yrs ago my hb and I managed to get tics cos my mil active in cc so we went. Dahlah time tu tgh preggie with farah. Penat tau kena fight for space with the crowds! Lepas tu we said no more... but fireworks lah yg always the best! Who knows whn the kids are bigger then can go.

tunggu time jelah nk pop eh? Dulu I and babylee pun ended up on the same day and our rooms were nearby..lepas tu kita visited one another! hahaha That was fun!
HFMD - scary lah! Thot the 3yo they were referring to was raiyan! But it was another boy. He was from Elias Kinder kan? Nasib baik farah's cc ctr non air-con. and so far they hv no case.. InsyaAllah they'll stay that way!

When i birth my 1st boy, was ard 11pm on monday nite. Was in the recovery ward ard 1am like that and my hubi nak chk up on me before going home. Then i requested my mum to see me. When she arrive she told me that my placenta my hubi nak buang, made me soooo mad. So she say she will take it home and get my step-dad to tanamkan kat majid @ Teban gardens. The next day i ask my hubi why he wanted to throw away the placenta...his story goes...
He said it was already past midnite, dia nak balik naik motor kat basement KKH and the placenta was basically 1 big bloody mess in a plastic bag. Suddenly he felt like being watched & bulu roma dia naik.... he straight away lari, cari my mum who was waiting for me to recover from surgery. He told my mum dia TAKUT nak bawa balik the placenta.... takut momok.... kekeke...

Cakap pasal NDP tu, I forgot that I went once in 98. That time we had to queue up at army camps for the tickets. Siapa cepat dia dapat. Almost forgot all about it coz it was 10 years ago. Sanggup sey overnight kat Clementi camp with my sisters and friends.
In 93, I participated in the marching contingent. Was in Guides back then. Memorable experience and I still have the certificate of participation till now.
I never knew what happen to the placenta that was never brought home but since Muis clarified that it was ok, I tawakal ajer.

Sri,you ngidam tosai, I'm craving for my vadai at Tekka market. Since the old one is closed for reno, got to travel a bit to go to the temp one, but since got transport tomorrow, after check up I'll go. Too bad, our check ups are not the same day, if not can meet.

I feel sad also when reading the news on the recent death. Moreover the boy's age is the same as Amaar. Some more, no signs that it will end up being so serious, he can request for Coke just before that. I think it's not only air-con as the main culprit, but a lot of other things too like cleanliness of the school and the immunity of the kids, and also the strain of the virus.
Yesterday, did anyone catch the fireworks? Brought Amaar to the Science Centre to see the dinosaurs exhibition. Thought he'll like it cos he's into dinosaurs now but he was scared when he saw the huge T-rex outside the Centre!! He had fun though at the waterworks!
Funny, I was asking him whether he wants to accompany me to see the baby for my check up tomorrow, he said cannot, he's busy. Got a lot of work. When i ask what work, he say gotta play my playhouse disney on the computer. Walao, faintzzz!

smalam my hubby work so just me n my 2 kids jerr at home..ingatkan nak watch the parade together with them ( thinking they would enjoy it) skali, i ended up watching alone cos the moment it started my dotter sleep...ish! my boy pulak was plain bored and bouncing away on my tummy....so, i was the only one 'trying' to enjoy the parade..hahaha
but smalam best pasal i n my dotter terasa nak makan ketam and i cooked chilli crab lahhh...syiok...would have been more fun if hubby around tho...

biasalah tu...
dulu wen i got my first girl kan..lagi susah...my hubby n i dont earn much so diapers n milk for my girl semua yg paling murah...we used fitti basic and lactogen milk...tawakal ajer lahh asalkan anak sihat..even her clothes i beli yg borong kat pasar...masa preggy wif her we bought one item per month..seriously we only managed to get a pair of mittens for the 4th month..subsequently we bought kain lampin...den bedak..once a month semuanya tau...in the end wen i gave birth alhamdulillah banyak yang kasi duit salam and thats where we have the cash to supply the rest of the things...when my girl dah 4 mths old jer i straight away start working...mana lagi, kiddy palace lahh...hehe...dapat discount barang dia semua...but not a good place to work lah i wud say...
anyways alhamdulillah now my life have improved so much...can afford to spend a bit on both my angels oready....

one tip for you...always think positive k? tak kisah barang bb paling murah ke aper...go ahead, carik wat u can carik yg termurah...asalkan anak kita terjaga...i really admire u for going ahead to be a single mum...not many ladies can do that and sad to say ada jugak yg i kenal disappoint me cos they prefer to abort and forget it all....

memang well sought after beauty ingredient. some chinese makan the placenta. I read this in 8 days magazine where some celebraties cakap dorang makan placenta dorang sendiri bec banayak nutrients. and now some pple yg tak tertelan bende tu bole get this service to make into tablets for consumption.

My boy still having borderline fever, temp dia around 37.5 to 37.8. But last saturday kite bawak dia pegi airport jalan jalan baru la nampak segar sikit muke dia, baru la he nak smile. Dia pun frust agakye dok kat rumah and continuously makan ubat je.

NDP - i went to see the fireworks..mcm tk best lagi gitu..my 2 gerls takut dgn bunyi bunga api.once its started, dua2 minta alik umah..
SRI - i slalu beli pampers n susu dari kedai kat bt panjang.(shop name is mong lee) to me, its the cheapest...huggies for my boy selling at $15 then susu lak, nespray, kat ntuc, selling at $30 but at the shop, selling only $22

Actually bila bby tgh kecil, sebat aje diapers murah. My 1st bb my finance super ketat, my son pakai Pureen aje. Not sure it ist cheaper than Fitti or not but not recommended after bby starts to active (move ard alot) coz the elastic cutting really tight, will leave marks on the fat bby thigh

Hi Ima..ya soon going to unload @ KKH..but my EDD 12 sept..my gut feeling rasanya b4 sept gaknye i deliver sbb pinggang dh rasa sengal2...ada white thick discharge.. lol..sal malas gi checkup? if u deliver Nov, leh i serbu ward u...hehehe..
pampers tu i reccee for my niece..dia nye buntut mahal la...dari kecik till nw use Huggies..other brand sure leak or tk absorbent enough n den lead to rashes...nwdays dh besar, dia nye kencing pun makin byk sdgkan baru salin pampers...
