yahh...i feel really lucky dapat dok kampong dulu...in fact for 3 yrs i skool kat malaysia/melaka cos my parents tinggalkan i adik beradik kat sana while they work hard to provide us a better living...

cakap pasal pisang, my arwah datuk dulu kalau bawak balik pisang all fresh from trees....masih "panas" lagi tau....very nice compared to those bought from kedai...ikan sepat pon i tangkap sendirik n kasi my nenek masak....kekekek

my mum actually a kidney patient,her bones are not strong so that time someone accidentally hit her leg with a hard bag and it fractured the bones inside without her realising the seriousness....dah 1 wk then she still in pain my bro antar hospital cos she feverished....rupanya dah infection...then opt ..dah balik tak jaga betul, kena air semua...kena op lagi....

Mamaliz, kesian your mum. Hmm.. tu lah.. kita orang pompan kena byk minum susu for calcium. I ada kawan, baru 26yrs old.. dia punyer lutut just give way.. and she is not fat! so slim jim tau..

It's just our calcium intake must be very high tau.. lagi2 kalau preggy, our unborn baby take our calcium byk!

My cousin preggy, tak amik more calcium, now her gigi bogey 2 tau..
