my bus fare each month so terrible..i calculated at least $150++ so teribble..so i just made saeson pass for bus ride..$98 sticker usage terms condition apply way way cheaper

oh my gosh..they practically turned my mother's house upside down..so funny...their toys..my mother flowers on the ground!! i was speechless..from 1 end to the other the mess...

apa bibik pack kan you hari ni? I cooked ayam masak merah & vegetable soup. Yet to have lunch though - still not that hungry.

Tadi suap adam nasi, kuah sayur & nuggets - makan pulak budak ni. Syukur...hehe

Dulu i resolve not to give instant food to adam, but see lah... now I kasi jugak...asalkan dia makan.

Kids are like that - they can turn everything in the house to become toys.

Just like my granddaughter who even plays with my mum's batu lesung and all the plates and saucers.

reason why to sell: i want to work!! and the only people can take care my kids is my mil, she stay 684b woodlands..so want to move there then i can upgrade myself living wise/course/take license/ my hubby also wants to cont studies so really need my mil help...
also hubby relatives conquer woodlands lahh....we nak join the clans there...
also time to upgrade to bigger kalau nak bigger family...kekeke

from my dad'z cuz experience..my this auntie sold her house that is haunted (she saw)..then next buyer also saw very angry....i afraid..i very timid..(body only big)don't think other wise..actually i just ask ask..nothing to do..hehehe..dont angry angry

its actually called otp (option to purchase) we have to place otp when we guaranteed our buying over the place...once we place that, owner cant advertise or even take another offer...its a contract...once we change our mind they can forfeit that money...

my side also that time accept the otp fee and the buyer have the cheek to ask back lehh...have to pay the valuation and also the fee we paid our seller all comes down to naught...sob sob...

thats why now i play fair i dont ask otp from buyer until we r both prepared to sign...better that way, no need to go legal if unhappy...hehe

That's what i did. I said in my heart, if this water is really got some bad intentions, then i hope it will go back to her.

I know that she dun like me. I scared her 'doa' is for our marriage to be over..

Last time, my hubby ex-girlfren, they dun like her, they bring my hubby go this man house, the man talked to my hubby i think and perform something.. then they broke up.
