baru ingat nak pi wedding tak nak bawak boy, kalau nak pi tailor terpaksa ku bawak dia

Boy dia amik RM100 n bapak boy dia amik RM150 (coz buat patterns for them)...total ngan baju ku 2 lining n 1 pattern + buatkan boy jubah RM720

ari nie i on mc... dari smlm feel breathless and rasa mcm nak pitam. bila pi jumpa doc tadi, terus kena panic attack! Breath mcm org in labour! Sampai kena pakai oxygen mask. Doc ckp it's due to stress... kasi ubat anti-depressant. (tapi aku rasa aku nie ok jer..) First time i kena gini.

wati, i ader makan dis jamu for overall well being. So far, alhamdullillah, i can see alot of benefit. Kulit bersih, menses cycle regular and paling penting v. discharge dah kurang. Kalo ader discharge pun, clear and tak bau. Tapi nama jamu nie pelik sikit lah (Jamu Mak Dara).
 
Hi Sab, Jamu Mak Dara.. alamak ! Jeng jeng jeng... "Tu yg pakcik suka tu !" Hehehe

Ok, i will take note. Today i go Jamu shop at Jurong Pt and see..

Sab, you kena panic attack due to stress... i pernah kena tapi dah lama... kena relax tau.. can cause heart prob later on..

wati, kat jurong pt tak jual ler.. i dulu dah check.. dat jamu shop is useless la skarang. tak mcm dulu. jamu nie susah nak dpt kat sg. Kalo ader pun, last time i ingat kat Toko warisan joo chiat jer. I slalu beli kat jb Plaza Seni.

Oh dear, camner sampai kena panic attack ni? U sibuk kena set exam papers eh?

Sometimes eh I rasa my heart beat very fast esp when I'm under stress with datelines tapi syukur tak kena panic attacks pulak. U take care ok? Good that u get a day off to rest.

Ya lor, always take things slowly. Kalau kita sakit, or suffer mental breakdown, that won't have any impact on our bosses, colleagues etc. Family jugak yang menanggung. Not worth it.

Re : Jamu
My gynae dulu advised me against taking jamu. He said jamu sekarang dah lain drp jamu dulu. Lagipon I was not keen to take jamu as I was afraid my baby would reject my breastmilk. So my mom allowed me not to take the jamu, and into the bin it went. Phew! Now pun i tak brani makan jamu, coz Adam's still on breastmilk.

i rasa i have been working long hours for the past week, (like 7am-7pm everyday) coz my sch buat carnival dgn prize-giving day, sebab tu jadi mcm gini. Mula2 batuk2 jer, pas 2-3 ari susah lak nak nafas mcm biasa. smlm lak start to breathe mcm fish out of d water.

Tu la, bila pikir kan balik, kalo aper2 jadi kat kita, bukan bos2 or koligs kita yg pedulikan family kita..

my husband dah 'pot-pet pot-pet' abt me being too committed to work.
