Hi all
I havent been to JB since last Ramadhan trip to buy kuih and take baju. Macam takut nak pegi with all the crime. Today's paper pun ade report. My hb usually dun like to go there, so kalau pegi pun just me and my mom or sisters. Nowadays macam takde attraction sangat kat sane bec makan also not so fantastic and prices are higher. This raye I already decided not to make baju, I will just buy ready made nye.

Next week, my bday on 4/7, we'll be going to Batam Holiday Inn. This time with my sis and mum too.
Hari tu balik dari Koh Samui, my mum and aunts booked two premier rooms at Rasa Sentosa so balik je, fetched Shakil and went there for 2 nites. Farah siang2 dah ikut my mum and sis. She was so excited. Met Sharon Ismail and her family at the pool..her girl looks like her...cute!

Hey ladies, Im interested in ordering the Karen Katz books too but I'm in the West.
Wah Lynzi, you'll be teaching Conversational Malay. I taught it for one day last term, was covering on of the CM teachers who was on MC and boy, was it tiring. My class was an all Chinese class and the kids were really eager to learn.
Sharena, you've having a lot of fun. Hehe. Shiok! Anyone brought their kids to places like Koh Samui or Krabi? Is it child-friendly?

from city square just follow the signs to kota tinggi...the u will see big big and lots of sign boards showing Jusco Tebrau...just follow and u will reach in no time.

Masa i kat spore I went to Pristine Dentalwork kat kembangan.. ada 2 dentist kat sana. sama dr melayu lelaki and lagi satu dr perempuan cina.. and dua duanya bagus. Very meticulous.
Btw.. for children. at what age can we start sending them to the dentist? My hubby cakap.. tunggu till they are 4 ke 5.

I saw the so called famous Pediatric doctors in Tampines St 81 or something. I tak nak pergi sana lagi.. tunggu berejam rejam dah anak I sakit.. makin sakit dan terkena pula dengan doctor yang tak begitu baik ( ada 2 doktor ) nak cepat aje. Mahal pulak tu. Tak berbaloi rasanya.
Tapi yang I recommended for mums yang tinggal kat east. Dr Sim Sze Keen, Pasir ris Baby & child clinic kat Elias Mall. Very nice waiting place. And very clear and patient. Good diagnostic skill.

Nor: I am expecting my second baby and 5 month pregnant now and 1st son namanya Loqmann.
Naqia: My husband orang morocco tapi rakyat french jadi kita satu family kat morocco ni kerana 1 year contrak kerja my hubby. Dia lagi try cari kerja kat singapore belum dapat dapat lagi. Kita semua lagi tunggu peluang balik singapore dan settle there.

For me, SG is very stable in terms of economic..so far no natural disaster..alhamdulillah..
the only problem is tat i find tat the working hours especialli in engineering is very long...so not much family time...n the pay for engineering line is here is quite LOW...n they always tink tat lady cannot du all tis stuff...
in ozzy, the working time is more flexible n more family oriented...i find it's such a waste if i got no time for the kids especially when they r young...however if intend to stay there i'll choose not to werk cos my hubby pay will be sufficient to cover ur expenses insya'allah...maybe once they grow up ..i'll du part time work..maybe jadi part-time cleaner...gaji au$10/per hr or confinement nany pay abt au$700 per week....kekekekek...tis is juz my opinion...

mostly oz. one in london. few of them still prefer SG and wan to come back.have a fren stayed both in US,OZ - in end prefer SG.dia cina, he say not given gd opportunity there. esp lonely bila need family support tapi takde orang nak tolong.

I also considered migrating. I also think similar to smalldreams, pergi negeri lain nanti lagi second-class citizen coz even more minority than in SG. also fikir pasal family. wan my girl to grow up with nenek, tuk, cousins..relatives.
and where there is gd number of muslims/malays

Mana mana tempat ada good and not so good things. Satu hal yang I have to agree is that, yes kita macam 2nd class citizen. Lebih lebih lagi, bila kita tak tahu bahasa nya. Masih I baru baru duduk kat France dulu, bukan 2nd class citizen tapi I rasa macam 3rd class citizen. Macam orang bisu. Susah you hidup di rantauan. Tapi dah begini.. our choice so we live thru it lah.

Kita tak boleh replace that elsewhere. And tak lupa juga ... FOOD. For that I say singapore is better. And I juga like Oz, seen how the malays lived there and they seems very well and Oz pun tak jauh dari singapore so boleh visit family kadang kadang. social benefit juga banyak.. and another thing space.

so far i have met hetty aka styli, norra rossi, zu aka mixedup, sasha, shermin aka shimmers, azlin aka lynn and ima aka nor.
lynn i met when we shared diaper orders.
sasha first time i met her was during taka baby fair.
zu and shermin i met them when we had a trip to orchard to shop.
styli was also on the same day in orchard but that time was more for passing my nestle cereals to her...so dia pun join kitorang sekaki.
ima ni pasal she's selling cb stuffs and since she's living near me, i will meet her to self collect.
nora rossi pulak was when we went to the kids gym at safra toa payoh.

I asked my friend to reccomend me bookshop for religious books in English for adults & kids. Found out her father is supplier of some titles. can get discount 35-50%. i will order from her once i decided the titles. Anyone interest in any can gimme ur orders. can see the titles at www.zemajeed.com. as for the prices, checking if its before discount or not. Her reccomendation is the mini encylopedia
think this thread got quite a number of young mummies. mostly with 1 to 2 kids... and still fertile and havent reach qouta! ehhe..

For me, never considered coz SG is alrite la. the green pasture is here coz alot of foreigners come here too. hectic n competitive but its ok - not terlalu over. I find Aussie too slow coz when I was there in sec 1, at 13-14 they are learning percentages like in Pri 3. More emphasize on sports. as for other countries, think will be the minority of the minority, unless migrate to Malaysia lain ah. hehe..
