SHIPMENT STATUS: Batch #269 & #270
  • For the remaining items in both batches #269 & #270, the shipment is delayed. The courier agent has rejected the packages before shipping out of USA, citing there are items classified as non-permissible for shipping (which is untrue as all items are AmazonGlobal eligible).
  • I have been monitoring & liaising with Amazon Customer Service on this matter. A replacement order for Batch #269 has been created & delivery is expected next week.
  • For Batch #270, the replacement order can only be created once Amazon receives the returned goods from the courier agent. I will follow up with Merchant.
  • I am sure you, affected Spreeists, understand that such delay is unexpected & I am keeping tab on the status. Pls check back on this spree thread for further update on arrival status. Thanks.
