I looked at the link. I've not shipped a sports shoes in. But just recently another mummy shipped in a fitflop and it was shipped in a shoebox (not in a plastic bag) and I think your running shoe should be able to fit into that size maybe a little large. in anycase, the shipping for your shoes will not be cheaper than 20SGD.... the fitflop shipping was $21SGD. Hope this helps...
