Before I xfer, may I clarify this?
Since it is not eligible for Amazon free shipping (going by vpost), am I right to choose d merchant which offers the lowest price & also offer free local shipping which "The Shop To Brands" is offering at US$51.62 (while Amazon is offering at US$62.30)? Not necessary to purchase from Amazon anymore right since no free shipping?

Therefore, cost of machine is it US$51.62 x 1.33 = S$68.66 ?

Ur estimation of shipping cost by vpost is S$50+-. What is the worst case scenario? Would the shipping cost be as high as S$70-S$80? Cos I don't want to be shocked by the shipping cost. (I'm fine if shipping is below S$60)
