Did pregnancy test with clearblu in end Dec, but it didn't showed any result at all. (Not even negative. I tot clearblu suppose to be good?

2 days later did another one with watsons test kit and got positive.
Been feeling bloated and constipated and feeling hungry quite often..
Jus went to polyclinic to get referral to KKH yesterday for prenatal check and ultrasound.
Right after tat, I had some spotting.. Wonder if everything's OK.. My appt at KKH is 23 Jan.. Should I wait till then for the ultrasound and see how?
Also, how's the cost like for 1st time consultation at KKH and the cost of ultrasound?
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
