Hi. have this question on my mind for some times.

Regarding the alimony part, is it possible to revise upwards for the alimony? should I do this with a lawyer or file at the family court?

anyone can advise me. it is rather urgent.

    thanks

U can diy by going to family court to vary the court order.
But u need receipts etc to justify your request otherwise it's not easy.

Yeah its possible. What's the current state? I would rather suggest you to go with a lawyer! He will handle the matter expertly and will help you sought out the legal trouble easily. One of my friend in Paris also faced the same issue and she decided to hire a local lawyer to help her out. She investigated this site and inquired about this and hired a lawyer named Bechara Tarabay, who helped her out with the alimony issue.
