Regarding Your question, if You're not sure about the suitable type of cleaning, what normally most Mummies do is to have my Specialist come and check the units, and then give You his best advice based on the units' condition. After he advises and quotes You the rate, then You can decide what types of cleanings/servicings You would like to have. As a general guideline, a chemical cleaning is usually needed once a year to do more thorough cleansing, including to cleanse the smell and bacteria. It's also recommended for leaking units or those units prone to leaking. Otherwise, normal cleanings would be just fine.

* For servicing *specifically* requested at 7pm onwards (late evening work), there will be a surcharge of $10 per unit. This surcharge however DOESN’T apply (WAIVED) to appointment where my Specialist’s arrival is scheduled before 7pm, but the actual arrival or servicing is done at 7pm onwards.
* Inspection for Quotation *specifically* requested after 7pm (late work) also incurs $30, which will be SUBSUMED (WAIVED) by any cleaning/troubleshooting done.
