When a fancoil breaks down. Don't fret! You may not need to change the entire fancoil. It may be the motherboard or just the motor that is not working.
Thats where troubleshooting is so important. Times are bad! Do not spend unnecessary $$$ to replace the entire air-con system!

mine is a 3 room flat with 2 aircon unit... what abt compressor ? what type of cleaning does it needs?
