Hi, I would like to try out your air con servicing this Friday morning for 4 FCU. One of the unit has a slight leaking issue and I'm not sure if a chemical wash is required.

Probably can take a look and advice if normal servicing is good enough, if not then a chemical wash.

Please let me know if there are available slot for this Friday.

Thanks for Yr enquiry. But there's no slot on Jan 19 already. In fact, before CNY, I still have a slot left for Monday (Jan 16) only.

This is because so many of our previous/repeat customers from SMH Forum are coming back to us for their servicing before the CNY. Thanks for Your post and Yr call to my mobile too. Sorry that I'm presently still overseas since I still need to extend my stay here for some matter. Hence, my main modes of communications for this time being (till next week) are email, Forum thread and SMS, since there's some direct-line connection limitation with my Singapore mobile number.

Regarding Your enquiry, for before the CNY, now all slots have been fully booked by the Mummies. The previously still available slot for Monday evening was also taken earlier on Friday morning. But slots are available if You want to have one after the CNY. So sorry about the full booking since this time period is, like before, really a high-demand period for the cleaning requests, and many Mummies in SMH Forum have requested in advance with us for their cleanings.

I Dont want any hidden cost when the aircon service man come.
I have 3 units + 1 compressor to do chemical wash.
Is 25th Jan (wed) ok?

How long it take normally as I have sinus and dust breakout so I have to stay away

Thanks for Yr post and interest.

There's no hidden/additional cost with our air-con service: no transport cost, no labour cost, nothing. All costs are simply according to our published price list for the different types of cleaning on the units/compressor. So, our Specialist will do the checking on Yr units and compressor if required, then he will give the suggestion on the type of cleaning needed on the units (normal, chemical or chemical fully dismantle). On rare cases only if Yr units have real existing problems and really require spare part replacement, he will also advise You and will quote the prices *before* he proceed with cleaning/repairing.

FYI, we've been serving Mummies in this Forum for more than 2 years, and to date I think we have served 1,500+ Mummies so far. So, rest assured that we're a honest air-con company providing professional service to Mummies and companies too. For the week of CNY, we take a whole week off since our Specialist has been continuously providing quaility workmanship to Mummies here all year long, six days weekly from morning to evening. If You want a booking session, how about either Feb 6 (Monday) or 8 (Wednesday)?

pls quote for 1 big aircon unit and 3 regular aircon unit plus 2 compressors. this unit is a resale unit hence i am not sure when was the last time aircon serving was being done

Thank you for yr interest. For normal cleaning is the same price for big or small units which is $25/unit. For chemical for std size up to 12k btu is $70/unit for bigger air cond it depends on the air cond size my dear. For chemical compressor for hdb up to 14Th flkoor is $80. above 14Th flr is $100 for condo is $110.

For 3units std size ac up yo 12 k btu the chemical is $70/unit so total will be $210 & chemical for compressor up to 14th flr $80 so total together is $290 including the free gas top up when needed. ( NO hidden cost my dear) Could you kindly email me yr address & contact no? Thanks.
