I am so frustrated..

my appt was for 5 January.10-11.30am

till now its already 11.45am??

no sign of them n also no call to tell me they will be late?what kind of service is this???

i have fixed an appt for 5 Jan 10-11.30 which Eliz say they will reach.

till now still now sign of them..what kind of service is this??even if the truck break down or what or lost their way..a courtesy call will be nice..but no no..no calls..

wasted 2 hours+ waiting for a no aircon service show...which also wasted 1/2 of my leave gone too..

arethe reviews really from the mummies here?? or u urself post it here to get deals..

i am so diappointed with ur service and will never recommend to anyone at all in face i will make sure everyone knows about this.

Thanks for Your info and post. First of all, I'm sorry that I can only reply Yr post now as I'm stil overseas this week and I'd been having a problem with my connection (Internet line) and also interrmittent issue with my M1 roaming mobile service these past few days here.

As I have replied to U by SMS on the day itself (Thursday), I really apologies for the glitch as I was overseas and my mobile's battery was flat on that day when I was outside, and my Specialist's car was broken down and his mobile happened to be flat while servicing his car in the afternoon. So, as I said in the SMSs to You on Thursday, I sincerely apologise for the glitch, and offered U the first slot on the next day (Friday) plus with 10% of Yr total cost as our gesture of goodwill to U for the inconvenience. And glad that, as in Your SMS, you have accepted our apologies for the inconvenience last Thursday.

Regarding our service, yes, we are a professional air-con service providing 100% genuine air-con service.
