Thanks for your post and information. I remember that at that time You also called me regarding the still required follow-up after the first cleaning. Upon knowing that, I had arranged my Specialist to drop by to Yr place to resolve any remaining issue with Yr air-con. I thought that the issue was already resolved afterwards by then, since, even for some air-cons that require follow-up after the cleaning, things are generally worked out well after the second adjustments/tuning done.
In Your case with a spare-part replacement needed, I wish I could have been informed (SMS/email) about still any pending issues hindering Yr air-con to work well, so that I can help monitor and ensure that the issue will be solved well and timely. Also unfortunately, the timing happened to be unfitting when my Specialist called You. Hence, as I always ask other Mummies, do feel free to contact/SMS/email me regarding any pending issues and also Yr appointments so that I can be kept in the loop and can help arrange the best time slot for You and monitor his schedule too. This is because my Specialist is already very occupied from morning till late at night in the field or when driving. Hence, some records he may miss, and at times it's just harder for him to make any steady arrangement over the phones.
To fix the issue, I will prioritise You my Dear and send my Specialist to come down tomorrow(Wednesday) evening, or alternatively on Friday evening. I will PM You regarding Your timing preference ya.
