Yesterday late afternoon, my Specialist has come to your place to check again on that one unit upon your request to do so last Sunday. I have PMed you regarding the unit condition based on my Specialist's inspection ya my Dear, and how we can resolve it. Also I can arrange him to call you to explain directly since yesterday it was only your parents around; and also to possibly see you again to make clear of the unit's technical issue and what we have done in the last servicing in Febtuary.
