Please kindly find below our rates for air-con unit and compressor cleanings.
* Normal cleaning: $30/unit if only 1 unit serviced, or $25/unit for 2 or more serviced
(with 2 MONTHS WARRANTY from water leaking)
For normal cleaning, we will clean the fan coil by cleaning, brushing the blower,
cleaning the external evaporate coil, and also washing the filter cover. Also,
we do additionally vacuum the drainage pipe for Free.
* Chemical cleaning: $80/unit (for standard size air cond <=12,000 BTU)
(with 5 MONTHS WARRANTY from water leaking)
For chemical cleaning, we clean the fan coil by using chemical solution to
also clean all the bacteria & smell. We also additionally vacuum the drainage
pipe for Free. This chemical cleaning is needed usually once a year to clean
all the bacteria & smell. Most leaking problems can usually be solved using
this chemical cleaning.
* Chemical Cleaning with Fully Dismantle: $100/unit (for standard size air cond
<=12,000 BTU) (with 5 MONTHS WARRANTY from water leaking)
For chemical with fully-dismantle cleaning, we clean the fan coil, take out
(dismantle) the parts down, and wash them using chemical solution. Also, we
vacuum the drainage pipe for Free. This chemical with fully-dismantle is rarely required,
and needed only when the air-con unit has something blocking inside.
* Chemical Cleaning for Compressor: $80/unit (for HDB up to 13th floor), or $110
(for condo up to 13th floor), or contact us for HDB or condo higher floors.
This cleaning is already inclusive of gas top-up when needed
As for the gas top-up alone (without compressor cleaning), there are two types of
possible gases depending on You compressor model: either $50, or $70
(but we're giving a promotion of $60 in May).
