Hi, I heard someone saying that for ep505 the sub hose function cannot be used alone. In order to use the sub hose the three function (main vacuum, UV light and sub hose) has to operate together is this true?

The Atocare EP-505 has 3 modes:
Mode 1 - UV Light, Roller Brush &amp; Vacuum
Mode 2 - Vacuum Hose
Mode 3 - UV Light

So in mode 2 you can just use the sub vacuum hose suction alone.

Sorry, it should be in mode 1 the sub hose cannot be off right meaning if u want to just vacuum the bed with UV, the sub hose also hv to operate right? I went to heart land mall shop the lady demo and told me that, she seems unsure, so just to clarify.

I see, If you just want to anti-bacterial clean your bed, you should use mode 3, the UV light only will function.

Mode 1 is the most used function, which is roller brush, uv light and sub vacuum suction. The suction is from the sub-vacuum, but when connected to the tube at the side, it will suck from below the cleaner (roller brush hole).

Hi! Would like to ask a few questions.
1. How would we know that it's time to change the Hepa filter? I am planning to use the vacuum more often, like every 2-3 days. Does it mean I would need to change the filter before one year is up?
2. What is the difference between this bed vacuum and the Delphin vacuum?
3. I saw there are some other Atocare models like EP 880 and EP 900. What is the difference? Do you carry the other models?
