This one right? A few mummies and I are experiencing some odd and especially sleep strike/nap behaviour last few days. Dunno is teething or what.
Mine was bad since Dec started. Then these 3 days seem better. 2 night feeds instead of every 1-1.5hr. Hahahaha.

Front facing I think must be at least 1yo. That's why the infant seat last up to 1yo...
Front facing is not safe especially as their neck is not as strong. Even adults get whiplash in accidents.
U can transit to the other car seat after 1yo, but not the booster seat. I think booster seat (seat to prop the kid up to use car seat belt) is for older kids? When the kid is too big for car seat but not tall enough to have the neck above the seat belt.
Incorrect use of seat belt can be injure the kid rather than safe kid's life.

Infant seat 0-12months
Child car seat 12mo - 36 mo or when kid exceed car seat weight limit.
Booster seat... usually ard 4-6 yo...

Questions to July mummies, how much is ur kid drinking now?
How much per feed? How many feeds per day?
For those who latches at home, do u pump at home? At work sure have to pump but at home if only latch might to have enough stimulation cos sometimes he sleeps thru the nite? Help me out cos I'm tired and having headaches and missing my pumps. Supply cannot keep up!

I guess different babies have different appetite but for mine is 160-170ml per feed. Every 3 to 3.5hourly. 6-7feeds per day.

Wow! So much! Cannot supply!
Mine is taking 150ml 6 feeds... already demand > supply... he drinks more than no1 at the same age. growth spurt at 6 months coming!

Current one if it's 0-12mo I think can continue to take.
Mine is mamil, they have stage 1 0-6mo, stage 2 6-12mo, stage 3 1-3yo. Stage 4 4-6yo...
Can drink down but cannot drink up. Means bigger children can drink lower stages but our babies cannot drink higher stages as the nutritional values r different and insufficient for younger children.

My boy is drinking 140-160ml about 5 feeds / day. Still pumping at work 2 times go back home sometimes I'll latch if not pump around 10pm. 3am pump once and one more time before go work.

Lol, Sarah, is it 先斩后揍or you already convinced hb that you need a third? Tell him mummies very poor thing, cannot wear our usual jewelry for fear of scratching LO, our only accessory is our baby carrier, that's why need more than one to rotate.
Can't share about current as I'm still on leave, so full DL. For my older kids, I pumped twice at work, go home DL, would pump once before sleep, if not much latching on that particular night, then will express before going to work, just use hand to relieve a bit nia, I don't bother to use pump in morning.
Weekends full DL, Sundays will just squeeze out enough for Monday's feed. If no time, then I will use fbm. Managed to sustain till 1 plus, but mine were small eaters, they hv never exceeded 120 ml per feed.
You sound really too exhausted by all the expressing. Are you able to express twice at work? If yes, maybe one more pump before u sleep, latch through night. Starting semi -solids v soon, so the amt u need to pump will decrease gradually, not so stressful. If really cannot because of ur health, supplement with fm ba, u cannot neglect your own health.

I only pump 5 times. Each time only 70ml. Now her intake is 130ml each time. Milk supply had dropped. Thought of giving up. Really tired. Need to work, taking care of 2 kids n housework. Not enough rest.

Been sick for almost 2 weeks. In the midst seems to get better, like clearing but then down again. Green mucus and phlegm. So are my 2 boys. So no1 sttn now wakes alternate nights.
Plus menses come back drop supply. Thot of giving up many times recently. I'm just holding on to 6months and see of intake will drop w solids or need to introduce fm. Sometimes I hope he doesn't wake up or can't finish his 150ml but he slurp it all up. So I think if I miss the 11pm feed I'm like starving him.
Work has been pretty stressful as well. Heard from my mentor bosses have high expectations on me, I think it's implying I have not reached up to expectations. Am considering if I shld go part time or 4-/3-day work week.
So it's like sick working every day still? My HB makes me upset at times when he cannot manage no1. I take no2, he take no1. I still need to do chores, wash bottles, pump. He cannot manage no1 then I'm taking care of both while he sleeps!
Sigh, end of rant... no mood for Christmas.

Thought of sharing something I found it works on my bb. She has been having running nose more than half the time since she started ifc. Last two days got quite bad as the mucus is thick and a lot. It disturbs her sleep and thus got all cranky. My friend recommends this and one spray into each nostril clears the whizzing sound and she is now sleeping like a log.
Nowsaday I only pump 3x a day. One in the morning, afternoon and night. Sometimes I dun pump in the night and DL my LO. I'm surviving on my fbm and started 2 feed of cereal. But after cereal she still take her milk feed leh. She's taking 140ml every 3-3.5 hrs 6 feeds a day.
Redvel: u can change it to stage 2 and that's for 6-12month le. That's slightly cheaper and they sell in big tin.
Candymoshi: old lee regretted his decision to ask people to stop at 2 leh.. and he is so wise but he din stop at 2 himself.. he has 3 kids wor. So maybe we should follow his footstep

Mine is small appetite. Average 80ml every 2-2.5hour. So when she is at my mum's place, she only takes <350ml.
To cope with the day demand, on days with mtg in early morning, I will pump at 5am, then 10am, 3pm. If I got no morning meeting. Then 8.30am, 12pm, 3pm (partial). Total yield can range from 500-800ml. Usually peaks on Friday cos pump until 走火入魔。I won't pump after 3pm unless there are late mtgs. This is to ensure I have sufficient milk for my little one to buffet. She tends to drink less at my mum place. And empty the boobs at night.
I will latch whenever I am home, especially weekend. So supply will tend to drop over weekend/ Monday or when I am on leave. It will return when I am diligently emptying the boobs at work.
Sometimes I also latch her before bringing her home too. After tugging her to bed at 8+, I will palpate and see if got substantial milk in the body anot. My little one still has tendency to wake up every 1.5-2hours at night. So I cannot be too empty. Sometimes before I sleep, I will pump out abt 100ml to make myself comfortable throughout the night.
At times I was lazy and don't pump out. End up, I suffer immense pressure in the next morning. I have two types of pump now. Philip avent for heavy duty pumping at work. For instant relief, I will use the medela swing pump instead. Lesser parts for washing. It': a hand me down set so I went kulily to buy new maymom accessories.

Have you tried to babywear Baby Erin in a Tula before? You can try first and if she likes, then get a canvas first.
You are also right that you won't be using the Tula as often when you go back to work. Because my 2nd tula is still sitting in the room, collecting dust HAHA

@Evafantasy abt the tula, my girl would cry everytime i put her in (maybe i didn't buy the infant insert and I tried using the towel to prop her up). In the end, I bought another carrier, a preloved Kokadi from carousell. I learnt about this brand only after i joined the babywearing fb group. This carrier's material is softer than tula and it doesn't need an infant carrier so it is less hot for baby. Apparently, my girl likes it cos she would drift off to sleep shortly after i put her inside. They also have a sweet rainbow colour

Ya loh, but becos baby Erin still small so if her Tula must get the infant insert. Another sum of money. Whereas manduca is cheaper and can start to use when she is still small.
I also have bouncer to let her sleep. But so different from night time when she can move and move while sleeping.
