Hi all,
My first gynae told me my edd is 27 April 2015 but changed to another gynae, did a transvaginal scan and she said that my edd is 1st may. But am carrying twins so probably will deliver before edd.
 
hello eelinkoh! congratulations!! :) super amazing that you're having twins! my edd according the gynae also could be end april or beginning of may too!

eelinkoh, congratulations! How's your MS? Heard with twins it can get quite bad. It's so exciting though! :)
 
babymarian, I really can't wait for my appointment on Monday evening! Hope I get a nice clear ultrasound scan pic to bring back home.

Anyone here also gagging and retching at the taste of toothpaste? I find it weird. Wake up feeling okay. But once there's taste of toothpaste in the mouth, I will start to gag.
 
Starrymommy, me! But it's not all the time. Last night I was delirious having retching, nausea, cravings all at the same time! Only went away after I managed to sleep. This morning I thought better but after some snacks, the MS is persisting until now worse after I smell the cooking both from my maid and neighbour(our main doors directly facing). Even retched while playing with my daughter. :( then in between I have craving for beef noodles... It's crazy!!
 
Starrymommy: this is my first pregnancy. So nothing to compare against but ya my MS is quite bad. Nausea whole day.. But it does get better towards evening!

Just wondering, do u mommies actually got woken up by hunger pang? Lately been woken up due to feeling hungry in the wee hours!
 
mummycoccyx, wah!! your experience really sounds like tummy is turning inside out. I know what you mean by feeling nauseous and having craving at the same time. only happens when you are pregnant. haha!! take it as a good sign that pregnancy is going well for you. :)

icecreamcony, not cold all the time. but get cold more often now, especially in the office. i usually won't feel cold but ever since preggy i will want to wear cardigan and hug a hot water bottle.

eelinkoh, that's really awesome! twins from 2 different eggs or are they identical twins?
 
starrymommy, sometimes when I brush my teeth I will gag and toothpaste tastes weird too!

icecreamcony, my feet always feel cold but body always feels very hot

mummycoccyx, my gynae also says nausea and MS are very good symptoms for pregnancy!! I will also always feel so hungry and eat a lot and then feel so nauseous but just feel like eating more hehehe

eelinkoh, I'm always woken up by the desperate need to go to the washroom :( but I always feel super hungry the whole day! Super happy for you to hear the good news!! :) the feeling of seeing the heartbeat is really wow hehehe

Once awake then will have hunger pangs. Feels like really suffering kind of pangs, as if didn't eat for 3 days 3 nights kind. Lol!! But it goes away after I drink some warm water.

babymarian, I am glad to know I am not the only one! Hubby asked why every morning I will gag in the toilet. Don't know how to explain to him also.
 
Today beanie notti again... Show me red bleeding. I am not so concern if it's pink or brown spotting but red blood freaks me out!
Only one more week to seeing beanie. Hope beanie stop throwing tantrum & stop frightening mummy :(
 
eelinkoh, my cousin just gave birth to twins, 1 boy 1 girl. really adorable! both also look very much alike. your family must be super thrilled by the news. :) how are you going to cope though? will you be hiring a maid to help out?

I haven't inform my parents yet. :p will only do so after doing the ultrasound scan and knowing that everything is going alright. actually my mum always advocates "stop at 2". now with 3, I don't know if she will be happy or not..
 
babygaga, why don't you schedule an appointment for a scan tomorrow? just to make sure everything is okay! in the meantime, go on bedrest. praying for you that beanie be alright.
 
Tomorrow my gynae's clinic not open leh. I very scared leh starrymommy. I took quite a while to conceive, if lose it (touchwood!) I will be devastated... I am not that young. Don't have many more years to keep trying.
 
Congrats eelinkoh! Double happiness for you! I get hunger pangs a lot which triggers my nausea and retching but so far none at night... My tummy will start churning and make a lot of noise....
For my #1 it was actually mainly evening sickness... This one seems to be almost entire day sickness! I almost vomitted my dinner, retched on the fish...... Looks like the fish aversion is really back again.
 
Starrymommy: I've no idea how's the plan when they arrive. Not sure if my MIL wanna take care of them. If she wants then most prob we will be hiring a maid to assist her!
Ya our folks are really happy too!
 
@mommycoccyx I'm constantly in a state of nausea and hunger man! Comes to a point I no longer can distinguish if I'm hungry or nausea.

I think i shd b less than 1 mth preg. But the symptoms I m experiencing now, r those I only felt when I was in my later stages of preg during #1.
M already having to go pee in the mid of nite & always full bladder & vy urgent. Also feeling the weight of my tummy which is rather worrying.
 
I also constantly have hunger pangs once I wake up. I notice my ms actually feel better if I satisfied my cravings & load my tummy fully.
 
babygaga, hugs!! pray and hope the spotting stops immediately!! I think you should see the gynae on Monday! the gynae can give you pills to eat to stabilize the pregnancy!
 
Actually I was going to the toilet to "bake cake" then the blood flowed freely down my v. The "cake" is still inside me coz I don't dare to push, afraid that more blood will come out. Now feeling crampy & constipated. Hubby just made me drink fybogel. Hope will make the bowels come out smoothly. Sorry mummies... if I just made you lose your appetite.

Thanks 50_BBN and babymarian and thanks starrymommy for your prayers. I am now on bed rest. Don't dare to walk about too much.
 
Just to add that if anything. . U want to be able to do something to help the situation. One week later might be too late. Take care dear!
 
@Babygaga, if you are soaking a pad with blood within an hour, go immediately to KKH a&e.

Tell the nurse you are pregnant and bleeding. There are oral meds and injections they can give to stablelize ur pregnancy.

Won't fybrogel harden the stools further? I think what will help is lact-something. It helps to soften stools.
 
I just had another episode of pinkish bleeding too :( but the MS still strong.... Not sure if I should bring fwd my appt but I guess nothing much more I can do but take hormone pills and bed rest :(the fear of seeing nothing on scan after suffering like this is so real..... Please pray for me mummies!!! Wanna cry
 

@sleepawhile no I don't have heavy bleeding. Considered mild bleeding but it's fresh red color. That's why I panicked. Seemed to have stopped already.

@mummycoccyx I feel for you. All these bleeding episodes are driving us nuts. I will pray for your beanie to keep growing healthily.
