I have mentioned this quite a few times.. But I really really recommend kiwi fruit!!! I haven't had constipation issues (yet).. And I have a fruit bowl every morning (even before expecting). Has helped a great great great deal. Prior to this eating habit, I could only poop maybe once every 3-4 days?
