Just to share I'm seeing this TCM at Tanjong Pager Medical Hall Tel: 62235687 for past 2 mths. Took the premium medicine and cost me $250/mth. hmm... so far ok, so monitoring my results. But I like the way how the TCM doc analysis my body constitution. Very detailed.

My friend used to be like you, but after seeing TCM, the bbt bk to normal on the 2nd or 3rd cycle onwards. Maybe you try longer...TCM needs time.



and my temp is also like you, my temp from CD1-CD7 are between 36.1 - 36.4. only approaching O then slowly move up to 37.2. sometimes its amazing to see how our body changes...learn new things every month....hehe [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]

 
actually hoh..i realise when start to TTC, many symptoms that are 'like preggy' start to appear every month.



Last time where got so many things one, here cramp there cramp, all sort of weird feelings.



Maybe when start to pay attention to the body, than we discover more things.

 
JC, I share the same thoughts too. They seem to be different from what I using feel before AF. Maybe we have just grown to be too sensitive.

Amy, I was told chinese herbs 'less harmful' to the body and it's good for ladies to consult tcm if cycles are not regular even if not TTC. Probably takes time for the herbs to take effect so no harm consulting one early. I used to see one before getting married as mum wants me to tiao my body but ended up no patience to take the tcm powder everyday so haven't try since.

Amy, you got sone reservations going to your tcm aunt? If so, then maybe wait for the KKH check first but meanwhile after AF clears take can bai feng wan first. Just my suggestion.

so probably will go for pre-checkup with hubby. i am surprised he initiated it..saying his colleague advised him to go for one. If his swimmers not good, do alot of times also no good.

 
Me too...signs of AF reporting now. Sighs, was still waiting to test this weekend as it was supposed to be due 1-2 days before. Must jiayou again next month.

 
i tested this morning..1 week before my due date..haha...coz i going for exercise class tody..but is negative..expected lah..but just want to be sure nia...

Haha, I did that a week ago. I go for low impact aerobics every Sat so tested last week as somehow feel uneasy about jumping around if really hit jackpot. Actually wanted to test before going this Sat but now no need cos confirm CD1 for me. Will be a long wait for me till the next try as my cycle is so looong...record long of 42days this time round! :p

Thought yesterday would be my final fertility check, but the Doc said I'm not ovulating, hence the long cycles for this year.



Sigh!



Now I need to go for HSG to check if my tubes are okay before she can put me on Clomid, I suppose.



And these 2 days, I started to chart my BBT and realised for my CD 11 and CD 12, my temp is at 36.09 and 36.00



Do you get so low during your non ovulation period?

Hello ladies... it is necessary to do a body check up before TTC? What kind of check up is required and where to do the checkup? Just for me or hubby also need?

 
Hi Windy, is your menstrual cycle regular? A check up is good to ensure that everything is fine and you have a peace of mind before trying. If your cycle is pretty regular, you can start trying first and if still no good news after trying for a few months, then it is advisable to go for a checkup. Gynae will recommend if it is necessary for hubby to do any tests. Usually start off with checks for the ladies first and you must be prepared to do pap smear test if you've not done so before.

Haha actually me too, very ad hoc in taking folic tabs until lately - pressure to be preggie starts building up after hit 2yrs after marriage (CNY coming!). Guess we just have to be diligent and remind ourselves daily. [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]

JC>> The 1st KKH appt I went to was coz my AF didn't came for 3 mths. Actually, not sure wat is the 2nd appt to do ultrasound scan for. The doc told me to better do fertility test when she heard tat we are TTC. On the 1st appt, urine HCG test was done to make sure I was not pregnant. Blood test and pap smear was also done, but not sure wat the blood test was for.

 
Well..it's 70plus for 7 test. Got it frm Watson. Very expensive but I monitor my discharge only use when that Crucial period. Frm the instruction, it test my LH. Ovulation should be coming. Tml or the day after! So jing zhang can? Keke

 
Morning ladies! Does anyone know how long does it take for the hcg blood test to be out? A few days or a few hours? Anyone know if dr wood (sengkang) opens today? I need to do that test!!!

anyway, I think if you need want the hCG blood test done quickly, might be gd to walk into the KKH's women clinic.

Regarding BBT - Does the BBT raise steadily towards Ovulation? Or it will suddenly just sky rocket?



JC - I went to a polyclinic to get a referral to KKH for fertility test. Basically, the wife will be checked on whether she's ovulating, whether her egg reserves is gd and whether her uterus and ovaries are okay. For the husband, there's the sperm test, to check on the count and quality.



But be mindful that this fertility check can take quite some time, as they need to perform blood test on different cycle day.

hcg takes abt 1 to 2 working days... which dpo are u? u can try doing on a very sensitive urine test strip... cos the blood test cost over 100+

Pommes, my pre-O temp is around 36.4, 1-2days before O will dip by 0.2, after O will surge to 36.6 then above 36.8, 1-2 days before AF reports, will dip to 36.6+.

Thanks ladies.. Im praying that what I see this morning is correct and stays there.. I should be dpo 13 today! I still wan to do hcg test to see the numbers but I will also go get more test kit later too!! I can't wait for the hcg results! Even 1 day is long for me. Most prob will go for hcg test tonight still.



Though not confirmed but can anyone give me advice on wat food or vit I should take? I'm gg to get childrens chewable multi vit cuz I can swallow. Btw can I cont take B complex?

On 13 Nov (Sat) i went to see my gynae to check if i'm O-ing and he say i will O in 5 to 6 days time. I BD on 17-18 & 20. Isit enough or i should BD afew more days? I afraid im not covering enough days. Can someone advise me?
