Jenny, I use Sebamed Bubble Bath. But I don't use anything cleanser on the face. Face I only wipe with boiled water. Now that he's drooling a lot and biting anything in reach, I've instructed the maid to wipe his mouth with wet towel hourly.
Another thing to take note is that you shouldn't apply the cleanser directly onto skin as it may be too concentrated for BB's skin. Just pump a few drops into bath water and clean.
You can also consider Cetaphil cleanser. It's quite good for sensitive skins, no matter children or adult. Cleansers that smell good usually will contain fragrance ingredients that cause sensitive skin to flare up. Same goes for detergents and softeners...
