Yay!! I tot I have too much fats and will not feel it so fast. hehe.. =)
I wore the magenta dress to work on Thursday. Colleagues say its nice and colour suits me. hee..
Dresses are ok size.. only the top a bit loose but not to the extent of shoulder strap dropping so still ok.
By the way, saw your girl that day when I collect the stuff.. so cute!

Thanks... Cos at first thought of buying tommee tipee sterilizer since getting their bottles... but the reviews are super lousy.. say its waste of $$$...
one more thing... let's say if use freestyle to pump milk.. what r the items we need to sterilize after every pump? the tubings? and or?

Angelina: yup ...it's always very fun to do classes with other MTB... can look at each other tummies. Mine is consider small bump there. Imagine mummies who's 38 wks who's still in the class. Gosh. Really kowtow to them. I thought if the meet up is at Jurong Pt, it will be too far for Lilprecious.

Gd evening ladies, me went shopping again with my nephew in tow today. SHACK!! I went to check out the melda pump at baby 1st, robinson, OG, metro and even MT A (to pay for my class). Was told that PIS is better than freestyle, even internet review. I was told tt PIS is as good as hosp pump. My cousins all swear by PIS as well. Now i m thinking.

FYI, both PIS & Freestyle can be spree-ed in... But US IMPORTED set would require a separate adaptor to be purchased separately, which makes the whole pump more bulky...
Actually, if u look at the spree section, not many are spreeing in PIS, but 90% of the mummies are getting FREESTYLE...
I wonder why... Maybe u all can go and check it out why people are still buying freestyle if PIS is so called much better...
My own conclusion:
1. Freestyle is handsfree
2. It's lighter & more portable
3. Its less noisy and quieter than PIS
4. It doesn't require additional adaptor

So mummies who are looking to get a breast pump, do consider the factors that are important to you...
1. Do u need to bring it around in future after Ur ML?
2. will the weight of the pump be important?
3. Do u have a separate room for pumping or will u be pumping in the same room where Ur HB & baby is sleeping at nite? ( not forgetting that Ull need to latch/pump at 3hrs interval in the nite like 1am, 4am, 7am.. Or 12am, 3am, 6am etc...)
Not forgetting also freestyle is a newer invention from Medela... So many many many people in the past will swear by PIS because it was one of the best pump ard then, before FREESTYLE appeared in the last few years.. There's definitely more ppl who have used PIS compared to freestyle...
AND... the local price would deter many frm buying it...
Spend $988 on a pump is madness... Unless u have a lot of moolah to spare... So people rather save $200-300 and get a PIS at $700+++...[IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]

Rach- Not just the sale promoter, even a few mummies also tell me at the shop. One of them said freestyle leak, not tt powerful. Personally i called up my gf who used to be a nurse, she got a freestyle, then no milk, she tried a PIS advanced, and all her supply kick in. She said more powerful, like hosp pump. Even my cousin also tell me. PIS got a new model, called PIS advanced, not sure if it is after freestyle. Someone tell me digital pdt not tt good, also the onli reason why freesyle sell better is that it is lighter. Read alot of reviewas online, alot of pple swear by PIS then freestyle, 5 star vs 3.5stars. As per the sale ger and even 2 mummies at 1st baby today, usually pple go for newer model, but they mite not be the best. I am also someone who will go for smething newer model, WOMAN mah.. Moreover I guess some mummies here still use PIS and feel that it is good. Anyway, me still considering either since colls go US v often. My boss from US also swear tt PIS advance is better than freestyle, she got both!!
For those who wish to purchase local set with warranty which start from Jan 1st, u can consider gg to BB 1st, PIS advance and Freestyle selling at 599 and 699 respectively

Wahh... I chked mine n mine is freestyle.. E motor portable cos small ba.. More convenient... Mmm, but still it really depends on personal views... Pis n freestyle think each gt their own strong points.. Some of My frens swearby pis n some by freestyle.. So most imptly, personal feeling is gd can Liao.
