Ok.. I just called polliwogs again n if we hv more than 25 children, we will hv 2 rooms combined. So hv to cfm early on this cos scare ppl may book the other party room.

As for siblings who jus Wana play at the playground only, they can pay the entrance fee of $18+ for 2hr session to playground. For babies attending party will hv unlimited hours. Meaning they can cont to stay n play even after the party.

They will call me a week b4 the date to reconfirm n will b no changes after tat. If babies cnt go last min, ehh.. Sorry but still hv to pay.

They will also hv 2 professionals organizing the party for the children.

As for present exchange, let's prepare present below $30? Then will b luckydraw?? Bt gtta b unisex wor. Hehe
 
Thanks Ainsley for a great deal for organising the party. Does this mean we can reserve our names and confirm payment a week before 13 nov. any cancellation after 13 nov still got to pay, right? this sound fair!

As for the present exchange, no need lucky draw...meaning all mummies will prepare an unisex gift and before we all leave we randomly choose a present to bring home for the babies.

I also find $300 too ex and i manage to get a good photographer at way below that price! Hee!
 
ainsley, i think 5-7pm not such a good time cos it's dinner time for the babies. a bit wasted to spend the time feeding them.. how abt Sat? or morning session?
 
BB_Shae, the pressie is meant for our 1 yr old baby...I don't think they will 'fight' yet. anyway, is my suggestion only....welcome other ideas too!

As for the photoshoot, I know what u mean. there are different pricing for different photographers, just like wedding...some phorographers charge $800 for whole day shoot yet some charge $2k for whole day....
 
About gift exchange...lucky draw will still be the best, just have to stick number on the pressie and all of us draw lot.

I think lucky draw best, cant choose n its fair. Wait some kids want a bigger present and leftover r small ones and they think that its lousy...not so nice lah...

happymummy: gd to hear that cassiel enjoyed her class. I bought my flashcards from shichida, they r more exp but hubby lazy to go outside to buy...if u have time, u can go popular and see.

Everyday my hubby will be the one flashing the cards while sophie sits on my lap. sometimes she sits inside the exersaucer too while hb flash the cards. Muz practice on ur own so that u will be very fast....haha. I dont think I can flash so fast so ask hb to do it...hehe
 
bb shae, see how many babies turn up that day. if not too many, i can ask my hubby to sponsor small small gifts. haha.. cos we also need to buy smth for zach's classmates @ ifc too!

maybe just tag the presents and do lucky draw so that we know who the present is from.
 
Alicia, the photographer is not my fren. Saw his work for one of the dec forum mum bb. I quite like his impromptu shots. My professional photography frenz all charge very high, although after giving me discount, price but still quite high. PM u the info.

Ehh, its quite hard to accomodate to everyone's timing. So I think jus keep it at 2-4pm, 13/11 sat. =)

If this slot is taken up, will make it sun 2-4pm. =)

Can I do a survey on mill powder? What r the type of milk powder ur darling drinks and why you choose that. Planning to see what fm to introduce to Kynan in time to come My no 1 is on goat milk so dun hv much experience wif cow milk. Thxs for the inputs in advance.

Arisz, they r charging per head for party so those siblings joining the party will need to cfm attendance. Those only go playground dun need. Jus pay separately for the playground entrance fee.

I understand there some finger food but it more like for grown up n bigger children. Want to consider bringing snacks for bb? Or Mayb the cakes can be special so they can eat too?

My boy drank enfalac b4 but he is not suitable. thus, i change to Similac. Now is Friso. However, my godson is drinking enfalac but not suitable for Similac.

Do you know if they will allow us to bring our own balloon?

I still have some leftover balloon (those long ones, meant to be twisted into sculpture) that I can bring over, and probably entertain those older kids.

But I am no master of balloon twisting ah, can only make very simple ones like poodle, flower, hat etc(or probably that's all I can make). I still need to refer to manual when I do the twisting, so don't set too high expectation.

lileen, my girl on enfapro, but not sure is it the milk that cause her to have frequent phlegm cos my hubby fren had the same prob with enfapro.

Singapore similac has no issue on the worms thingy.

I have received their email about my enquiry on siblings attending the party. Here's their reply

"Regarding the siblings who attended the party, we will count them in and are chargeable. However, we can help to inform the parents that they need to pay for the siblings who are not in your guest list. In this case, they are then not allowed to enter the party venue but can play in the play area for 2 hours."
