Sarah,
every iphone has an 'imei'
it's like an identification..
u go and make a police report and bring it to the service provider. they will be able to track who is using your iphone if the thief insert his own sim card into the iphone.

roger,
emailed u yesterday afternoon but no reply from u yet leh..
wanted to ask u how much did u charge if u help us to print the 20 photos.

yunzz: sorry! which email did u send to?

roger, oic.. I am bringing my 2 monsters. lol.. Actually go there to celebrate nn's birthday. I asked the ppl at natas. Ard that period will be around 10 degree. It's more of autumn temp. Won't snow..

ainsley: i know. i wanted to go in early oct but the weather was not cool enough. so i purposely pick that period. then come back just in time for abbey birthday. i dun want snow. more things to pack.

yunzz: replied to your email!

Re: Lanterns
Chinatown sells many lanterns. I also got a Thomas lantern for my boy, n got a Hello Kitty one for my girl over the weekend from there

Wt-i am at level 2 now...

Photobook-oh, last time they do send to singapore leh.

Wow, all the jap trips talk! Roger-u hv info on hostel? Last time I went jap, I stayed in a ryokan. Cheaper than hotels.. And sleep tatami.. Quite fun too
happy.gif

mtdt, roger, lsntyl, are those very small? near subway? my package with hotel is for 5 nights if I am not wrong. Will need to extend. Any good suggestions?

ainsley: i keep getting the techno types from abbey's grandparents and my sister.

mtdt: wanted to stay in a ryokan but the nicer ones in tokyo and osaka are fully booked. >
sad.gif

lsntyl: sakura ikebukuro?

ainsley: i think its reasonable? like a 2 star hotel here. not big but then we are planning to spend more time awake than asleep. and we nvr utilise the hotel facilities when we go travel. so nowadays we just spend more on other stuff.

roger>sakura ikebukuro also not bad lah. its on the west side of the station, if I remember correctly so its more lively there. A lot more shops and eating places.

I remember I considered it last time but decided to go with House Ike cos I tried it before and hubby and I prefer the east side which is quieter.

You taking day trips out mah?
happy.gif

Oh ya, if you like matcha latte, must try the version at Excelsoir. V yummy.

I miss Japan.

roger>have fun! On my last trip, we made day trips to Kamakura and spent 1 nite at Nikko and Kawaguchiko. From Osaka, can go Nara. Nara is celebrating their 1300th Anniversary this year so might have some interesting stuff to check out.

Hi Mommies,

Just wish to share my views to photo shots at studios. Do you all know that too much of it will affect the baby eyes? Esp the flash light from the camera?

Oh.. Seems like lys is jap expert! Hehe.
I think ryokan in shijuku is gd. Central located and cheaper. Since it's tatami, once the bed are kept, a lot of space in the room also.

I also went diy day trips from tyo. I ever backpack in hokkaido during xmas period! Oh I miss jap too!
happy.gif
.

There is a standing sushi shop in shijuku station tat's super yummy! 100yen per pc! Hehe

trying to reduce weight. Hey mom, any 1 can advise me? I am very fat and clumsy. Do not wish to go slimming ctr? any 1 can advise me the natural way? I had stop bfg ald.

Calamari and alicia-where did u gals book??

Btw I rec some invtie for dec party on fb... Samathan law? Or something? Who huh?

Bash-yes, it can be really fun. My 1st born thread had it every year... 4yrs in a row liao
happy.gif

happy.gif
. We can do a simple seemless one via such gyms etc...
happy.gif

MTDT>I'm not Jap expert! Just miss Japan lor so happy to read/talk about it. I've not had a chance to go Hokkaido yet. Is it easy to travel by public transport?

Calamari-shd gd!! Disneyland there is gd too! Then hv kittyland for gals and thomasland for boys. Haha Can go hotsprings at hakone! And shopping burberry blue label/agnes b stuff etc.r cheap! Hehe
happy.gif
and the sashimi!!!!! Go to their supermarket to buy! Cheap and nice, we always tabao back to hotel and have a feast!

Lys-yes hokkaido is easy. I travel mainly by trains. The pple there all v friendly and warm. Otaru is romantic, biei/furano are all covered by snow when I gwent, also v nice. But If go duing spring/summer, wld be mountains of flowers etc!

lsntyl: thanks. i am still preparing the itinerary.

redis: the flash is actually pretty subdued compared to the light from the sun. and normally it is done in a short period.
happy.gif

lyn, fivez.. I love japan too but getting kinda overdosed. Ever since i met my hubby, we go there at least once a year. my in-laws go super often too.

i think hokkaido is better to drive around in summer. For winter wise, it is better to go with tours cos the snow is really heavy. i went there on package tour.. quite a quiet place but love the food/choc/snow. I also did the same as u.. stay at 1 place and travel out so that no need to move luggage.

roger, One of my fav boutique chains is hotel villa fontaine(hvf), but not so sure if it's good for travelling w babies. HVF osaka is located at shinsaibashi. Are u getting JR pass? It's good value if u are going to take shinkansen a lot.

calamari & alicia, fivez.. i also booked my cake & venue. now waiting to be free-er then do up my invitation cards. where r u gers doing the party? have u thought of what decor to do?

u gals so hardworking n dotin to prepare for 1st bday.

Tink I gonna just celebrate at hm with family members. So scared it will turn into a mahjiong gathering for my hb's side of the family again....

I also nvr been to japan b4....sad
