Ya lor, very contradicting hor, on one hand hope our property will increase in value, then hope price drop then can buy more? haha... human, contradicting beings.

Calamari, at least u hv earn some from the selling last yr, so not that gek sim than those who din buy any in the first place. U holding on to any other properties besides the own-stay?

Canopy, if u sell ur house and rent, then if prices never drop but go even higher then how? will be more difficult to buy. Continue renting?

Mtdt, pls let me know if ur hb has any listing for condo in the East (D15 to 18) 3 or 4 bedroom. Doesn't matter tenure. My mil looking.

Yunzz- I am on for the lunch, either place is ok for mi. You are opp my building but hor my lunch hr only 1 hr. so i can come out 12 to 1 or 1 to 2.

Currently my gal take the brown rice from yu ren sheng but these few day she gt fever so stop the brown rice only drink bm. MIL say maybe brown rice too heaty.

Yunzz: this current place is somewhere i will stay for long

looking to hopefully buy another small 2 bedder at tpy for tenanting out but it's hoping only lah. Unless I strike toto soon haha. That's to take advantage of the address to enrol to the school my hubby wants for the kids. The kids would already be in Phase 2b because of the religion but he wants to b doubly sure.

Mtdt: we are catholics so he wants kids to go cat sch. We shd be in phase 2b. And my hubby ex-josephian! And anti-acs! Wahahaha!

If buy more fr her, then more disc also...;p
