yunzz, u can try taking maltose mixed with water.
read frm a recipe book tt it'll help to reduce milk supply.

malt tea (麦芽退奶茶)
-> 100g of maltose (麦芽糖)
-> 2l of water
* boil until maltose dissolved.
* drink as daily beverage.

bride_09- my wrist pain for almost 1mth liao, i dunno what's the medical term, my hubby brought me to see sinseh for 2 occasions liao, the sinseh said is due to long hr of carrying or bf-ing my baby... something like strain... so the sinseh just massage with oil and ask me to stick those " feng si" plaster... is getting better thou still got abit pain.

sharon> i went to the GP and he termed it as carpal tunnel...wrist paqin with numbness in fingers?..mine is caused by frequent pumping of EBM...he gave me a steroid jab, still the same..no use..now seeing sinseh...hope will get welll

Juz to share, those who have iphone can download this app called Baby Sleep Lite, its free. It contains the hairdryer sound. haha. my fren discovered it n i downloaded it. it really helps to calm n make my baby sleep! lol. i use this outside too when she cries. lol. funny but it works....

Sharon, should we postpone the 3rd mth bash next wk? since quite alot cannot make it. Initially so many ppl interested. Now like half gone?

i find that my ss is dropping dropping even though not back at work yet.. how how?
n what colour is your baby's poo now? is it still bright yellow and seedy? my baby's poo like a little brownish and less seedy le.. is it normal?

Shokel, if u asking abt nursing room in ION, then I can confirm not all level have.
I went to the nursng room a few times already.
I roughly remember B3 or B4 have, then think lvl 1 n 4 also have.

Lvl 4 less people use.

Maybe we arrange for a small scale next time ba, but I still personally feel that gathering held indoor at one of the mummy's place will be great so that babies able to rest/mingle on playmats

I took fenugreek capsule once a day in the morning but my friend took twice in the morning and at night with 2 capsules each time. There's Direction on the bottle, it state take one to two capsules daily thus I follow.
Think ION nursing room is at level 2, the same level as A/X.

Me too reducing my breastfeeding frequency, in fact I only breastfeed my baby when she cry for it. Currently I feed her with Enfalac A+.
