the holding period is 5years.
SIA bond is really safe, very minimal risk but the returns is lower compared to other bonds. the normal returns for SG bond is 3%

does anyone know, whether bonds can be traded, just like stock?
 
Weiting, u can try the panasonic trimmer. Its $49.. For nn's fringe, I jus hold and clip it off.. Think this can v used till quite old. I cut Phoebe's hair till nw.. Lol
 
hi ladies, for the empty tin, do u need the dumex tin...my girl should be finishing one tin soon...i think takes another 7-10days, can u wait? if yes, drop me a line and I 'reserve' the empty tin for u...i think the tin is 900gm.
 
that's cheap.. i wanted to trim off just his sideburn, which is touching his ears & making him feel uncomfortable.. then at the same time make his hair thinner a bit, if not he always sweat a lot.. it's easy to use? maybe can consider hor.. i brought him to the ec house $10 for the cut that day.. muahahah..
 
Weiting, I think it's quite easy. U can choose to clip them off or detach the trimmer when he grows older n trim the hair at the back n sideburn.

i am considiering to bring my bb to qb house for his next haircut.
coz the last time i brough him to bb junior league at Parkway, it's $20. i find it super exp lor! only cut a few strands of hair!
 
ainsley, the trimmer looks cool! thanks for sharing. my boy's hair is growing VERY slowly after we shaved him @ 4 mths, till now fringe only half forehead.. but sides starting to cover his ears, thinking of trimming the sides... but scared trim ourselves not nice leh. keke

if nothing goes wrong, he should still be on bm but it will be expressed out. should be ok to use the water there to wash? was thinking of boiling hot water to 'sterilize' the bottles

weiting, i also bring zach to cut hair. lesser mess at home, plus need to cut so often. i find it quite ok leh.. i usu show the hairdresser the hairstyle i want. haha..

Yesterday I tried to clip my hb!! *oops* haha.. just a small small little section of his hair la.. The cut is very fast and sharp. heehee..

May... If still on BM then think jus bring 2 big bottles can la. U goin to give him cereal in HK? If yes then use the sin water better. Thou out the whole trip in bkk he never drink the water there... I will boil the sin water then keep in the flask whenever we go out...

Happy... Ur boy last time on BM or FM? IF FM u have to switch slowly, but think for BM also the same... U can call those co to send u sample.

Heard from old people that when babies are teething, they will get diarrhoea as well.

My girl also once awhile will get diarrhoea, now that l know the reason, l don't feel so panicky as b4... :>
 
yunzz, EC house ok lor, this lady did it quite fast, cos ryan was so fidgety.. din really cut a lot also, so find it still ok.. cos our main point was the sideburn.. which she attacked it first, rather than thinning the hair.. by the time reach the cutting of the fringe, ryan is super buay song mode liao, so we decided to stop..
what happened? relax k.. cool down and drink some cold water..

by the way, mummies who are giving organix brand stuff like their banana porridge, how long can the opened pack keep? on box they wrote 28 days, so if it's longer than that, not advisable to give anymore??

may, yeah i also went hwa xia before, but then that day was near our place, so just went EC to cut..
 
wt, it's best to consume within 1 mth cos they don't put preservatives. after 1 mth, can potentially turn bad. if zach eats once a day from 1 box, it can only last 10-12days in sch. If i use it to blend with fruits, can only deliver about 9 servings.

i am looking for a hairstlye pic to show the hairdresser for jay's next haircut.

ever since the birth of our babies, we haf been having alot of disagreements on the arrangement and care of our babies coz my mum is helping us to take care.
a good example is when her baby falls sick, she will say her hubby very busy, cant take leave to accompany her to pd. then my mum will ask me to take leave to take care of my bb while she accompany my sister and her bb to see doctor! so i haf to take leave when her bb falls sick! wat kind of logic is tis? does it make sense to any of u? if so, pls knock some sense into me.

her job n her hubby's job is the most stressful n busy in the world! my hubby and my job is not important! juz coz we know how to manage our time and work well..so my mum always expect me to give in to her! is there meritocracy in the family?
 
yunzz, i choose the pic of the stage of his hairstyle tt i like most, n ask the person to cut accordingly. Like where to cut slope, where to shave.. n i usu tell gary to talk to the hairdresser, get the understanding right before cutting.

your sister is a bit selfish. when your bb is sick, is she gg to take leave?

anyway, why can't she bring her bb to see doctor alone?

I totally understand!! I'm also caught in the same situation. Whenever my niece fall sick, her mother will dump her @ my in law plc. N I will have to take leave to look after my boy and keep him @ home for fear that he may catch the virus from her. N true enough, the whole family caught the virus from her including my in-law. so angry that time!!!!!

to train boys wee wee, my wife read on a mag before, it's like a DIY.

You can use a sheet of toilet paper, make a big X mark, place it in the toilet bowl and ask him to aim and pee on it. Reduce the X mark gradually.

I have this idea of why not having some manufacturer to have toilet paper printed with these X marking, maybe they can use more interesting print (instead of X), probably an insect or cartoon.
In some adult Gents, there's actually an housefly print on the urinal itself. I last saw it at Changi Terminal 3. Ya, imagine u still need such "target-board" even for an adult. =p

Maybe I'll post this idea into my blog tonight and link it here for easier illustration.

For your #1, hv u also tried asking his daddy to demo in front of him?

Or maybe can use a small floating toy to stimulate some fun, put into the bowl and daddy can show "kor kor" how to "fight" the "demon" with his *ahem*.. "Kor kor, saw that? can u do as good as daddy?"
