Only some ECA (they are called CCA now) need to pay. Mainly cuz they hire instructors. And not all schools start CCA for P1s and P2s. For mine, CCA starts at P3. =)

Sandy, CCA at P1 and P2 is optional.. If you want, then have to pay. For my girl, she learns badminton on Saturdays and cost $150 for 3 months.. Very ex hor... Fr P3 onward, CCA is compulsory by MOE so dun need to pay
