Ms Tan, Kindermusik finally called me. They say they only got slot on 14 or 21st May 530pm....Someone also enquired to form pte trial class so whoever confirm 1st will get the date. 21st is out for me cos bil wedding. She said so far June still can't confirm but got slot for sat/sun 5pm

I was thinking of asking u all to fill up the application form &amp; u all email it directly to them in case u all feel uncomfortable disclosing certain info thru me.

firipy : how many pple hv u gathered for kindermusik trial class ?
I understand minimum need 8 bb to form a class &amp; up to max 12bb.

If we dun hv enough 8 pax to form class, then maybe we can join the already formed class at 3.30pm on 14 May ?
 
Mstan, I havnt got anyone yet, May abit tight for me ald, tink I will try to aim to organise something in June but mid June I will be out of town.....Now that I am working, so busy!
 
firipy : plse take note end Jun some bb maybe 19mths so hv to attend the toddlers class.

Basically there are 2 types of class:

i) "Village" for 0-18mth

ii) "Toddlers-Our Time" for 1.5-3yrs

I was told that we can attend 2 times trial each for each grp.

I think I will go for the 14 May trial class as planning to go the MLG trial on 4 &amp; 11 Jun.

After she is above 19mths then go another time trial.

No registration or deposit required.

i should also be signing glenden up at the jg evans for the new term which starts on sept. the weekend bilingual playclub. didnt put my name on waiting list though.
my #1 went to the same previously.
we didnt put him on wait list too. just went for trial then sign up on the spot.
i particularly prefer a teacher there so will request for his class.
 
shryn: eee really create false demand this JG. Kayla used to be under Teacher Elisa. I might request for her class for my boy.
 
Cala.... Mine was teacher rino.. That guy was good.
Think it depends... Maybe forum will have more demand bah, parents will prefer there cause can shop after that.

How abt Vivo city ? Not too sure if they hv but there's a few shops there that sell children stuffs.

twinstars : yes, I understand. Jurong West also a little too far for me too....;p

But free trial class so try to see how first.
Besides I checked out their rate &amp; they are cheaper.
Both kindermusik &amp; Musikgarten are from the same founder so they taught similar stuff.

We will be resuming our outings for the children from the low income family this June after taking a break last Dec. This coming June, we plan to bring the kids to downtown east for an Ice Cream Making Workshop and have Ice Cream Buffet there as well, below are the details :

Event : Ice Cream Making Workshop + Ice Cream Buffet
Date : 18 June 2011 (Saturday)
Time : 10am to 2pm (Tentative)
Venue : Downtown East
Meeting point : Daybreak Family Service Centre
Blk 855 Yishun Ring Road Training Wing
(5 mins walk from Khatib MRT Station )

Targeted number of Children : 45
Volunteers required : 25

The cost for each child is about $35.00 which will cover the cost of the event, including lunch and cookie packs for each child. We hope each of you can sponsor at least one child for the trip, we will also need some volunteers to join us for the trip to take care of the children and help them out during the ice cream making workshop when we are there.

Hi all,

How do you wash your child's hair now?

My gal will cry everytime I wash her hair - I carry her horizontal (like baby time) to wash cos I'm scared of water getting into her eyes/face...
 


Smiley, mine is exactly the same as yours. Still wash like baby time. Tried to bring him go swimming. He ok for awhile then back to old pattern....
