My elder gal is taking the speech and drama but think it's abit early to start our toddlers esp since ours is Dec babies.

Just to update:
I believe Faith's tantrum &amp; outburst could be due to her starting school and facing with new changes in her routine. Now we observed lesser such outburst (just occasional tantrums of "i dun want") after she is now settled in school and have accepted the schooling routine as part of her weekday life.
Now is to monitor Faith's behaviour after her baby sister comes along next month. Wish us luck!
Can only read up as much as i can on this topic and play by ear liao.

Jesline, must be exciting waiting for your gal's arrival! Although 2nd time mummy, everything feels so new again! Now trying to keep up with my gal's demand and hope to total bf her for next 3 months.

I bf my eldest son till he was 11mths, then he switched to formula completely.. Probably coz i was expecting #2 and milk supply was low and I went back to work after maternity..

#2 I was able to bf and was more experienced and at the same time took one yr child care leave so my girl is super attached to me. Till now my girl cannot wean off and wont take any other milk. It's very tiring and I am contemplating whether to stop bfing #3.. Maybe just express milk.. Then gotta buy alot of equipment... Honestly, I like the convenient of not making milk... So lost... I dont think my girl will wean off anytime coz even now there's no milk she still wants to suckle and it becomes painful coz she is so strong and teeth sinks in at times... I really tahan the pain and some sores...

I dont think i can tandem feed I will go mad.. Havent slept thru a night without getting up to nurse for almost 4 yrs!
 
hi Joan! Im a west mummy. My no 1 is at Jurong Calvary now.. so far i find ok. But whenever he sings song or read some verses, I ask them learn from where n he tells me St Andrew (his childcare) so appears like doesnt learn anything from JCK? But he's been there only 1 term perhaps too early to tell...

By the way, anyone keen to get scholastic readers? I have 2 extra sets to let go... Levels A, B and D. Each level is a mini black and white book with basic words.. and each set has 15 mini readers/books, little pages so kids can feel the satisfaction that they have managed to read a complete book themselves. Each level is $10 (15 readers) So if get all 3 sets will be $30 (45 readers)

gg, actually im only partially right. If there's limited places within <1km, still have to ballot amongst the citizens <1km. But at least now no more PR, so hopefully more chances

Ya I very vexed over my boy schooling. He still hates his cc. Every morning cry till v poor thing and will try so hard not to go. He enjoys his schichda though, keep saying go shichida. So wonder if it's becos he dun like his cc or long hrs etc. A fren suggest I put him in pcf instead so not so long hrs.

Hi GG Lee,

My girl is facing the same issue..Every morning she will cry in school.
Shortly after I step out of the school, she will stop her whining.
She has been in childcare for coming a year now..even though her brother is with her in the childcare, she still throw tantrum every morning.

No idea why...
