Since many mummies can't make it for pre Christmas party, any objections if we have a post Christmas party n welcome the new year?? Since many babies having jabs now, better to shift back abit?? Any mummies bringing babies for jab after Christmas??

Thanks for the info on the accuracy of the types of thermometers. Initially, I thought the ear probe type is kinda intrusive to poke into baby’s ears so wanted to get the infra red one. But now I changed my mind =)

Yah it is tiring. Gotta wake up earlier at 6.15am to pump before I leave and lug my breastpump to work. Once the momentum gets flowing, will get used to it. Of course, first few days of work will miss baby as its like for the past few months, they are always so close to us 24/7.

Was thinking whether to bring my gal to Dr Ng for her 3rd month jab next week. Your baby went for the 3rd month jab already? Was your baby assigned to him since birth? Mine was but for her 1st month Hep B jab, I went to the GP near my house and I felt she didn’t really examine my gal like check her development etc as per health booklet, just only weighed her and gave her the jab. Then I read in the forum that PDs do check more thoroughly on babies so I decided to go to a PD for 3rd month jab.

Combiderm is a steriod???? She told me that its not a steriod leh. Oh dear. In this case the other cream is better. The one which you are using, Elomat, is definately better then this. I have used Elomat before and it can certainly stop the itch more effectively. But I doubt that I can get that cream unless its prescribed by the doctor.

Baby's only 11week old. As the polyclinic is 2 bus stops away, i actually will bring him there. =) Dr Ng was assigned to me when bb is born lo. When bb has jaundice 1week later, we went back to him, didnt really observe him much leh, cause jaundice = admitted to hospital... =X and since I stayed at Jurong..... I cannot afford to go so far lo... and I believe its more expensive?

I got the Braun ear thermometer. Saw alot of PDs and GPs using that one. Even KKH's day therapy center also using it, so can't possibly go wrong
Buy from spree is way way cheaper

the moment i unlatch, her eyes open BIG BIG....

but good thing is...she stopped crying..
now my mum playing with her..and here i am.. wahahaha.. :p

Hi all,

I will be putting my son in the infant care tml as I will be returning to work soon. So heartache whenever I think of it. But no choice as cannot find reliable nanny and nobody can help me take care of him. Hopefully everyting will be fine.

Anyone else have their kids at infant care?
