now he still dun drink tat much. but hubby keep telling me bb very ke lian. since i go wk he look thinner, isit i nv give him enugh milk to drink. grrs. his day feed takes 4*110=440 + night feed of 140 = 580ml a day. hubby wants to up his day feed to 120 n night feed to 150 nxt wk which makes it 480+150=630ml. soon my supply lesser den his demand liao.

eh mine too! gettg harder to feed him i usually let him hold one hanky if not his hand interfere with the bottle! but when he is sleepy mode he is easier to feed cos no energy flap his hands LOL

yah i think i will soon leave my panda club! crossing my fingers n toes! yesterday drank ebm 150ml at 6pm then 8pm latch then i dream feed him at 12 midnight b4 i sleep, 6am then he woke up for short 3 min feed after that sleep again till 7.30am woke up again to latch then sleep again till 8.30am. wah i v happy!

yes i meant sun plaza. ytd, i took mrt with my girl alone at ard 5pm to causeway pt, ok lah, not to bad, just that got to wait for the lift and all. i realised some ppl are very buay zidong. they're not on wheelchair or pushing pram or carrying many things but they still wait for the lift! and the exit at the mrt also, normal people using them, when piority shd be given to ppl with prams or wheelchairs mah! *tsk tsk*

north gathering - monday is not so good for me, likely i can't make it. i think wed or thur will be ok for me.

sopie is by vulli toys. so under 'vulli' they hv many other toys besides 'sophie'.

how come u're bleeding weekly? did u check with gynae? my menses still haven't come leh! is it normal ah? not that i'm complaining lah...but i thought by now i should be having menses already. i'm not sure if it lochia still or what but some days i have some spotting. but very small patch.. maybe its because i still BF my gal though now drastically reduced liao. more like let her suck for fun n comfort only.

oh u too? hmm.. but i'm not pumping anymore and now i'm only latching my girl maybe 2-3 times a day for short periods only. your spotting is bright red or brownish colour? so it shd be the lochia still, is it?
 
kiki - yah, these ppl really buay zidong... tt time when i was preggie, no one bother to give way to me at the big gate also. i hv to stand there and stupidly wait for like 7 ppl to go thru!!! then a few days ago when i brought baby out, no one gave up the priority seat too. the auntie in front of me pretend to sleep n look at watch also dun give way. but hor she was gg to alight 2 stops later leh... sigh so sometimes i try to avoid gg out during peak periods but now cos its hol, its crowded no matter wad time...

dun be stress i think v common for ss to drop after mothers go back to work. u just do ur best ok hang it there in abt 3 mths our babies can start solids already so they wont need so much milk not so taxing for ur pumping.

we were on our way for a wedding Ceremony. traveling on aye. suddenly one car stop in front of us. my husband try to stop immediately but failed. in the end, 3 more cars bang up. my gal and boy got shock. crying.
 
oh dear, usually chain accident caused by the first car jam break then the cars behind all cant break in time. hope ur kids r not traumatised. were they on car seats?

sleepy also another prob. he'll either fall asleep, or suck n forget to swallow n then puke it all out. hiaz really a lot of probs feeding my boy now. not to mention my arm feels like breaking when takes v long to drink

by now can't be lochia lah. but brownish spotting may be signs that menses is returning, no? i heard that some mummies get this for several mths b4 menses return, while others get it very soon

Speaking abt deep freezer & everything..

1) I've been storing FBM since 8Nov, still can use or not? Coz mine isn't dedicated deep freezer, just normal fridge freezer with the freezer cpt as drawer at the bottom. Guess it can't last as long as 6 mths right?

2) So do I thaw it n give it to Sam straight, or mix it with fresh EBM? Someone was saying once out from the freezer, it'll last only 24h right?

3) If the FBM has strange metallic smell, how can I tell if it's spoilt?

my gal on boaster seat. but my son on my arms, drinking milk. they were shock and crying.

brought them to hospital to check. luckily both of them are fine. just need to monitor.

certain stuffs are cheap in jshopper, but of cos much cheaper den shops in sgp. i've been on a super shopping spree with jshopper, buying from socks to pants, to shirt. deir quality for nissen stuffs very good. exchange rate is 1yen = 0.0165sgd

8nov can. in freezer can last 2mths. deep freezer can last 6mths. in individual drawer within freezer shuld be able to last abt 4mths?

usually i only take out milk fr freezer when i know next feed i wanna give my boy. so after his last feed, i take out from freezer, put de freezed milk in a container of water n put in fridge. shuld defroze within 30mins. den when bb wanna drink, pour into milk bottle n feed bb =p

freezed milk got metallic smell, nvm one. sometimes bb reject fbm. but my boy is ok with it.

800ml a day intake is enuf leh. my boy oso ard there. he takes ebm 5x150-160ml plus 2 - 3 latches a day. should be abt the same as urs.

Just got home. Really very thankful that both my children are safe. Really cannot imagine if anything happens to them.

Now will have to observe them for any abnormal side effect. But me having headaches and neck ache. I think I hit the head rest a few times. So now having headaches. My husband complains rib pain. He says it could be due to the seat belt.

its not lochia meh? ever since my heavy lochia stopped, then its been this spotting ever since! but nowadays somedays no spotting, some days got some.

pls take care, did u go for a check up too? my aunt recently involved in a car accident too. a car also hit her from behind. at first she thought she was ok until she kept having headaches so went for a scan. then realise that actually she hurt her neck muscle or something and had to wear a neck brace (not sure what its called) for a few months!

OMG..do take care. Effects of accident can be quite long-term. My knee still hurts now after being in an accident many years ago.
I saw that accident actually. AYE was super jam just now. Lucky I riding, if not sure late for lunch appt.

I have the upright freezer. Bought it 2nd hand for $160. Super good deal, but I don't really like the freezer. Ice build up very fast, and since I can't defrost the freezer with my milk still inside, I have to constantly scrap off the ice to prevent it from building up too much.

Thanks for your concern. Both children seem ok... But I do have headaches and neck stiff still. If tomorrow still the same, will go and see doctor.

Really thank God for His protection. Can't imagine the worst scenario.

My car front and back is gone. Now in the garage.
