i think ur sis can try talking nicely to the mgr again. tell her that she cannot tahan not pumping. n if the mgr is sooo ngiao - maybe can suggest ways of logging in/punching her time for pumping, n also ot so that there's proof that she has 'paid back' office time by not claiming the ot?

Finally finished a whole week's worth of archive reading! Was busy at work, with many colleagues taking turns to entertain my girl and even make her slp.
Caught New Moon (Free tix from Starhub) @ SHAW and my friend offered to bbsit her when i wanted to make her KO and sling her in. Made my friend's parents so happy la!

Parking in downtown is always crazy so do check out the cheapest parking around.. But normally per entry parking starts after 5+ or 6pm. Otherwise have to consider taking train or donate to C.A.B foundation.

im damn fed up. My 2nd maid nt even here for 24hrs then tis morning she told me she cant wk cos her arms painful and requested me to sent her back to the agency.
I even tok to her and sae if painful the do some light chores. i gave her a medication plaster and my 1st maid even offer to help her wif her wk . Tat maid jus simply pretend and kept saying she is shy and brb brb.... Then finally i couldnt take it and sent her back to the agency.
At the agency tis maid sae her arm is painful and cant wk for ar least 2weeks. she didn know i need her so fast becos i employed her under additional maid so she thought she can secure me first but start wk 2 weeks later! i was totally !!!!
(Y i was !!! Was becos when i 1st interview the maid, she wasnt tat suitable for me as se couldnt cook but she begged me saying that she is willin to learn and she reli needs to wk cos she is a single parent and need money to support her 6yrs old daughter. I took pity wif her and decided to give her a chance. )
felt so cheated. The agency kept sayin i cant employ for another transfer maid and the oni solution now is to apply for a new maid ( i dun like to employ new maid - i prefer live interview) under replacement.
The worst is i need to pay for her levy for another 21days and when the new maid arrive i will need to pay for hers as well and plus my current maid - 3maids levy!

diapers - i've tried huggies, mamypoko, nepia, pampers. i have a drypers hamper at home too which i have not tried yet. currently i've switched to using nepia. so far so good, no complains.

now she asleep liaoz... since 9pm... so i think she'll be up to drink later.. which i dun mind at all now.... coz now i rather she wake up to drink..coz i dunno day time she'll drink or not...
but at least there's improvement today...better than Friday's 7am, 3pm, 1am.. faint totally.. heheh..

jab on wed still look okay.. but i was out that day from 830am - 11pm... wonder if that worsened her condition without giving her rest?

thur she had fever... so stayed home whole day..fever went down by evening...
fri she only fed twice... 7am, 3pm.. the next feed took place at sat 1am...
then she havent really feed much.. once in 6-10hours...
today she fed 5am, 1030am, 330pm, 830pm... so its 4 times..now she KO liaoz..
so i expect to feed again prob ard midnite..if she wakes up...
so i also dunno what happened..but she looks normal..behave normal... just dun want to drink milk... she can just suck her fist/pacifier and if u show her ur breast,
she scream and shout like u gonna kill her... >.<"

u got dry ur pump parts ma?? esp the 3piece..the piece where u insert the tubing and the yellow in between facing the outter piece...
once i didnt fling enough water away.. i on the pump no suction!!
then i realise water blocking... after i dry with tissue ok liaoz..
now i panic...scared my motor really spoil.. i'll fling liao dry only the outter and the yellow part..these 2 areas dun come into contact with milk at all..

hi mummies, do your babies drink less milk nowadays???
used to feed my boy 3 hourly in day time. thought he has problem with bottle. today start to feed 4 hourly, he can finish the bottle of milk. so it seems that he has no problem with bottle, just that he is not really hungry...

if i planned to pump at 10am, lunchtime (1.30pm) and 5pm (pumping during office hour) have to "repay" office time thru OT worktime??

The Prob is she has to work OT quite often. till 8/9pm...so even officially office hr ends at 6pm, there's no break at all. Log in and out nt feasible too coz the female mgr doesn't allow. There's no way of negotiation coz the mgr doesn't accept any reasoning. She is the NO MEANS NO kinda mgr.

My boy also drinking less often, but the amt he takes seems to be the same. (Can't be too sure about this cos latching mah.)

The bigger one wants to change diaper and drink water. Small one diaper leak and wants to drink milk. Luckily the elder one sleep liao. Now left the younger one. Hopefully will sleep soon.
The bigger one wants to change diaper and drink water. Small one diaper leak and wants to drink milk. Luckily the elder one sleep liao. Now left the younger one. Hopefully will sleep soon.

Damn tempted to buy for K even tho he hardly uses bottles, but whenever he does, always complain flow v slow and gets v pissy about it.
Plus, the teat size is around my nipple/areola size! Confirm no bottle confusion!

In any case that bottle is recommended for babies 0-6mths old. Our kids all already halfway there liao. Not worth it to spend $25+ for a bottle we'll only use 3 mths lor. If I buy, I think use 3 times then no need to use liao. </font>

my #1 takes way longer to go to sleep than #2. needs to apply moisturizer, ask you to floss his teeth/dig his ear, wants to be patted, wants to listen to story, talk non stop ... etc. #2 just swaddle and give pacifier, he will auto fall asleep. don't even need to carry and rock.

wah, you list is very long leh. my #1's bedtime routine (if no story books are involved) take approx 45 minutes. nowadays he will usually wait for me to finish feeding #2 (all three of us are on the bed) before attending to him. he will lie in a corner of the bed and talk/sing to himself. a couple of times he fell asleep on his own after #2 took very long to feed, hahaa.

Wah, I thought my son is already very demanding. Seem likes he is not. He drinks milk, then we sing/talk for a while (a while can range from 5 to 30min), then he falls asleep. Only recently added 1 more request, ie to apply calendula cream (cos he has eczema). Ok, now I shouldn't complain anymore
Yesterday brought my #1 to watch the Thomas & Friends live show at the Indoor Stadium. Because of the marathon thingy, all the roads were blocked!!! We went round and round and there was only 1 way to get in to the stadium, making us 30min late for the show. So angry with their traffic arrangement. One of the traffic attendant even pointed us to the wrong road, he pointed us to the road where we had just come from, and it's also blocked, so much help, duh!
But the show itself is nice, my son enjoyed it very much. He turned back and waved goodbye to Thomas many times, till he was almost tearing While my girl was happily sleeping soundly, despite the loud music and all, from the minute we stepped in to the stadium to the show ended.

I think since she still behave normal then should be fine one. Just monitor her and I guess there is a transitional stage where babies start to drink less milk and they will resume after a while.
Could it be the fever medicine that make her no appetite to drink? Is she passing motion everyday? Stomach got wind or not? Sometimes if windy also babies doesnt want to drink milk...If you worry, maybe can bring her to PD.

yes after steph told me the parts need to dry so now i will dry the outer part and the membrane lor... but still doesnt clear my left side lor. sigh... i always massage till hand pain and stimulate till sore liao then if lucky will get 2nd letdown. Now i need almost 45mins-1hr every morn just to clear the stubborn left side... could it be i slp thru the nite and so engorged, thus needs longer to clear? hmmm...

I let her sit in it for like afew times le.. i also dunno when to sit in it leh.. as n when i feel like it. =p or as n when she feels bored..need a change.. any changes!
If she's fussy, i put her to the rocker.. if it fails.. i put her to the mat.. fail again i put her into the bumbo.. fail again into the playpen.. into the cot.. the cycle just repeats...lols

So when I really have no time I just tell him I wanna go pump, and that I have work to do, so that's it.
But some days I'm really very busy whole day and never spend much time with him, I will try to spend more time with him before bedtime. </font>
