how come your older kids also wearing leg warmers?! lol. but if they wear it till ankles or below knee then likely not tight. i think my gal has very 'fatty' thighs, so when i pull it up to her thigh, it kinda squeeze on her thighs so causes am imprint very quickly. she doesn't see to mind though...but mommy here see already feel abit heartpain. hee...

Still undecided whether to get anot coz rather expensive for a teether, and no idea if my gal will like it since my #1 did not really use teether last time also
And hubby is opposed to the price too.

if your gal continue not to feed well, i think better bring to PD lah. coz that time my PD told me that 1 'not so good sign' of bb is really not well is when they don't want to drink/eat. my gal although have fever, she still drink finish all her milk leh..though like much slower then usual. she's just really manja coz not very well after the jab mah... so i have to keep cuddling her. once she fall asleep i put her down, but if she happens to wake up n realise that mummy's not cuddling her, wah...the cry is immediate and VERY loud! quite scary!

Damn ex hor!!! Was there on tue for a short while and we were charged $6 plus hor.. We arrived at abt 4 plus and left a lil past 5pm.. Less than an hour or abt an hour nia.. </font>

Cause I see the babylegs website say older kids also can wear so I buy for #2 and #3 then #1 see already also want so everyone share share loh.. hehehe

Really got lines ah.. heheh but weird leh.. these kids if uncomfortable, sure will say one leh... maybe got lines but not painful? lol...

They will wear to bed so before bed, will wear to keep warm then play a while then KO.. really never hear them complain leh.. heheh but again, I dun wake up early enough to check their legs.. hahah

not only ION lah... parking on weekdays in town is expensive almost everywhere! coz it goes by hrly rate mah... think for ION is 1 hr fix rate then after that is add on by subseqent 15mins i think.

mummies driving to the ION gathering...park next door lah...wisma cheaper then ION. then i think is shaw centre and lucky plaza the few cheaper places to park.

earlier i was at astons having dinner with hb. have u all been to sembawang shopping centre aston? they have a very big outdoor (but sheltered) sitting area. its very spacious and airy with great unblocked view (haha...i talk like i'm selling house or something...) and next door is the very huge kids playground, so if u have older kids they can play there too. i think its a great place for a mummies gathering where all can push and park the prams...while enjoying meals. maybe can consider sometimes for the gathering nextime. only downside is there is no MRT there, so not so convenient for mummies who don't drive. but nice place so just a suggestion! not to mention no service charge and GST is already inclusive in the meal which are very reasonably charged too!

ION charges 8.00am to 4.59pm: $2.67 for 1st hr; $0.64 for sub. 15 mins. Then, 5pm-7.59am: $3.74/entry.

I was charged $6plus for ard that hour hor... since i was there at ard 4 plus n left at a lil past 5pm. I tink i was charged this way lo:

Have also tried Astons at SIA training club. Food wise, not as gd..(IMO la) but also got small outdoor area... "beside" the pool somemore but also not convenient for mummies who dun drive...</font>

Just a suggestion for the ladies going to ION.

The trains would be an option or park at Shaw Centre for cheaper rates and avoidance of ERP.

The only consideration is rain, whereby you can make use of the underpass.

I went to the airport today (Sat) with hubby and bb. Ian was in such a good mood, happily looking left and right. Then when in the lift, he smiled so sweetly to 2 air stewardess, made them so happy. Jiak lat, so young already knows how to smile to pretty girls! We reached home at about 10pm plus, Ian KO at 12 till 5am! Yeah.. hope his sleeping hour at nite will slowly stretch longer.

what diapers have u tried? actually i find that huggies cutting seems gd for thunder thighs coz it's like bikini cut. but they r too thick n heavy n weighs down after they're wet. plus they seem to leak more.

yeah. last nite bb sleep so long. keke. 9pm after feed he fall asleep, hubby dream feed him at 12am, he sleep till 625am, den he made some noise, so i feed him, n put him back to sleep at 638am. den now he is happily kicking in his cot again. he is such a cutie when he is not fussing. when i go over n smile at him, he'll smile back at me =p

i'm now having probs with my freestyle.. i noticed that these few days, it doesn't clear my left boob as effective and as fast as b4. But no probs with my right boob leh. I gotta massage and stimulate many many times on my left boobs b4 i get a 2nd letdown and keep massaging and stimulate it till it' finally soft and bouncy. Is it my left boob or the pump?? the soft shields sees to be gettng softer after each steriliser too. Should we be changing the shields regularly too?? But i dont pump many times a day, max 2x a day only... sian.. dont wanan go see a LC again just cos the stupid pump dont clear my left boob leh.. how how?
 
milkyway> keke. i think why we olways have prob after using a specific pump for long is cos our nipples so used to de suction, den hard to get de letdown effect liaos. for me after 1letdown, i unlatch de pump, den relatch den pump, den very fast get a 2nd letdown effect

I honestly don't think it's a pump issue. It would really be quite unlikely since it's always a 'left' issue rather than a occurance on both sides.

That's my take on it la.

I'm back fr my trip, milk supply dropped alot cos i could only pump twice a day, once in the morning before i leave n at night when i'm back in e hotel.sigh! Plus i had to throw away the milk tat i pumped out.no freezer in the hotel room lo.

I haf a tricky situation here. My sis actually went back to work before her maternity leaves end coz her immediate superior, the asst mgr (male) wanted her to go back early. She agreed after her asst mgr allows her to pump during office hrs of which she can do OT to pay back and nt getting paid for OT at all (they gt to do OT very often and stays late til 8-9pm).

However, nw the mgr (female) knows abt my sis pumping during office hrs (my sis pump once during lunch at 12.30pm and 5pm) and had made known that pumping is nt allowed no matter what!! Told my sis go home then pump. But the thing is, if OT til 8-9pm, how the boobs going to tahan 8-9hrs of nt being emptied since the last pump at 12.30pm lunch???? Supply sure will drop oso!

Like tat how arh??? What can we do? Complain to HR or BF assoc? or any other ways??
 
By the way, my sis still continue to pump despite the warning fr the female mgr coz she really hopes that she can hang on and continue BF her gal for 6mths. her gal is 3mths+ nw.

At the same time, she is afraid of losing her job v soon if she continues to do so......

From a HR's point of view, we always prefer the employee to talk to the manager directly first. settle it among yourselves is the best. has your sis tried talking nicely to the mgr yet? tell her that she's not exactly pumping during working hours since the time is not paid for, and prove to her that your sis's work has not been affected from pumping.
if really cannot talk to the mgr then can approach HR or the mgr's boss to mediate.
no point complaining to external assoc like MOM coz there's no law governing pumping in office so nothing they can do. complaining will only make things worse
