Anyway, any idea if do these massage, we doing on the bed is it? Do we have to prepare anything to protect our bed from getting stained or dirty?

But i will go class at BBDC... from there then i pickup the advance theory.. now preggie brain jus not working.. sometime works sometimes dun and at times sudden have symptoms &amp; suffering very rock &amp; roll cant focus..

for me i intend to buy those cheap mattress place on the floor, once i complete i wil throw away the mattress la, cuz i guess its will be smell with all the herbal &amp; jamu herbs smell..

hey eat &amp; indug while u enjoy. manz. see me sudden attack by heart burn &amp; vomitting.. cant enjoy now, even the last 2weeks of my pregnancy....

some junk food is good mah. sugar is iron. ice cream is calcuim mah.. i believe your main meal not big rite..

HUHH... siao le la... i totally no cheapo mattress and cant buy also because totally no space to put in the room liao le.... i cant possibly be doing massage in the living room. Machiam free show! Sians.

My main meal hur.. sometimes big sometimes not much appetite.. that's why i snack often...

Are you alright? Morning sickness or ??

u can put the cheapo mattress on your master bed lo... so wont dirty the bed. or without the cheapo bed..

i was thinking to buy trash bag, then cut open to be big big size and then spread towel over the trash bag, all on my master bed where the massage suppose to be... so i dun have to buy another mattress..... hmmm

haha..ok..if tat makes u feel more confident...coz actually i didn't though i passed mine in 1999...think it isn't so impt, otherwise they wld'nt haf made it a '1 time' thing...final theory are more 'practical' and much in use, tat's y will expire after 2yrs...instructor will guide/remind/explain what to expect on the road and what to look out for...

juz clean bb's gum with a clean wash cloth lor. place the cloth on ur fore finger and 'insert' into mouth, rubbing lightly/gently on the tongue, gum and roof of mouth...

I buy one cheap mattress then just put on top of the one i sleep now lah.. then just use liao.. if kena dirty or stain, then i just dump lor... if dont have, then i just keep it after confinement and next time bring over to my new flat for next time use?? LOL! Go where buy such cheapo mattress ah?? LOL!

But put trash bag later very troublesome?? will it? i have no idea yet leh.. but ur ideas really can let me consider... hahahaa...

Princess, i feel tat you are in good weight leh. heard tat if you put on less then 15kg you are most likely to go back to pre preggie weight... you so lucky.

NAH no free show. LOL! I don't have any mattress which is old or spare. Mine is the queen size mattress which i bought last year for my customary loh. SO maybe i just get one cheap one to put on it? At least my queen size mattress won't get dirty. Won't heart pain! Haaaaaa!

I only know babies must wipe wipe their mouth and gums.. but how often i not sure... and when start to do that i also not sure... that's why i wanna know too! Hahaaaa...

Hopefully can slim down fast and get rid of that flabby tummy!!!!!

Gina put on even lesser weight loh!!!! LOL!

my milk comes in the 3rd day.. 1st 2 day only the colustrome.. ops.. think i spell it wrongly haha

ahz.. my wound is fine haha 2nd day just pop out of bed.. my hubby keep asking me.. seems like i can go home on the 2nd day haha. now just abit of stretching pain... so not so bad...

I ate so much junk and sugary food for 2 weeks.. then thought i would only gain about less than 1kg but who knows i gain 1.1kg!!! Hahaa.. your visit is always so near to mine! That time mine was on a saturday then yours was on the following monday. This time also same! LOL!

How's life living at new place? I am so ENVIOUS!

Mine all new leh.. because i only use this mattress for about almost a year.. so all my bedsheets are still very new! <: So i rather get a cheapo mattress to put over it. AND i think i will try to psycho hb to let me sleep on it on top of our bed from now on... just in case... then confinement put on it too.. then i no need worry if i will dirty the bed or not! HE sure say i siao char bo! Hahahahaa......

ya use drinking water/cooled previously boiled water. can use a small cup/container watever to hold the water..ya fr newborn and if possible after every milk feed so as to prevent the build up of milk curds in the mouth...

Oh yah hor cannot use tap water. Must be boiled water. :) Thanks for the reminder. Clean on the tongue will it be gaowei? |: LOL! Hmm... that means quite often we would be doing it right? Wipe wipe the tongue, gums top and bottom.. just like that?

i gave birth early cos i tio the preeclampsia thingy.. which my high blood cannot be press down and its affecting my kidney already. so gotta take out the bb at ard 35weeks.

yeah.. lucky she is 'heavy' enuff keke. but then she dunno how to suckle when she's out.. so gotta use tube feeding... but next day she can suckle ler... but not very well... and she is jaundice too.. so ended up sleepy baby. So gotta pump out the milk... now try to latch her back... she seems lazy or forgotten already haha.

Actually i was also at TMC this evening; baby's movement decreased, and gynae detected low amniotic fluid, so sent me for CTG in labour ward...but after 1 hr strapped onto that machine, nurse just said, ok, you can go home now...hmmm.

STREP B
My strep B results came back with "heavy growth of strep B" but gynae never put me on antibiotics! he said, oh, will just give you when you deliver!!

ok la for your works, tat will works well la, rather the free show..

for me, i find tat queen size bed the diamension like too wide for the massage lady to move about la, so i will buy single cheapo matress from HDB retail shop or giant &amp; og oso have la, but much expensive range from sGD30 onwards.. those tat able to fold up kind la..

i din go for freelance post natal massage lady. i go for company kind so if any massage lady backup they will find replacement for me..

i go babies bellies but i tried their pre natal massage i dun like. cuz i still prefer Kenko kind.. but for post natal massage i guess shld be difference, so i give a try..

moreover 21 Aug to 19 Sep, its fasting months for malays.. so i oso worried tat they service will not be tat good as they are fasting...

i'm using a small luggage for my 'hospital bag', i also couldn't stuff all the barang barang into my diaper bag, so hb asked me to use his small travel luggage. hee...

does anyone know if TMC provide bath towels?

ya heavy flow of milky discharge.. drippings... my breast oso have showing tiny water pulps.. b4 tat was dirt on nipple but after apply pigeon gel, i keep seeing watering on my nipple.. i have yet stop using pigeon nipple gel as i suspect its cause my breast to be itchy....

but tis morning my whole breast oso itch like hell, the itch is all over my both breast whole breast...

actually me &amp; jul dun wish to have bb so soon, cuz seems everything like not ready :p..

I wun be the next , Dr wong told me, i wun pop next week and i will in full term.hengz.heee. and i really hope Dr Wong is correct..

i guess will be Ling next hhaha..

dun scare me leh... increase of discharge means labour is drawing near?? me not quite 'ready' to pop yet! keke... lately i've got an increased of discharged too. in fact, juz 2 days ago, like got some very light brownish colour, i'm not sure if its blood or what. but the next day no more already, so i didn't call my gynae. i think i'm also starting to experience contractions...sometimes quite painful!

I'm getting one lady who stays near me, so only $45 per visit. normal is $50 if other areas. maybe she not that well known so even after deliver then contact her also still available. if anyone needs a last minute massage lady can consider mine bah. I think she's okay, but i'm the type who don't need the massage to be very powerful type

just last night i felt her hiccups for the 1st time. my tummy made little movement jumps, lasted for abt a good 5 mins or so.

post natal massage is not about powerful too lar, its about result &amp; skill... on the other hand they need strength too to really press our point and make our muscle tighten &amp; push out all excess water in our body mah.. and able to tight our binding well mah
