As my new house is just opp my in-laws block(am staying with them now), will only be moving the necessities over to new hse 1st.

my DH ask me to ask my MIL to wash the baby clothes 1st but i paiseh to ask them do it leh. I rather do it myself. By the time i move to my new hse, i'm gg into my 35th week liao. Thought of everything 'qing li qing wei' but on the other hand scared i'll pop early. How leh?

Since half the reason for 3rd gathering is also for distributing BBmall + BP items, and most moms seem to prefer Friday, then might as well 24th July lah. 7th August is so kua zhang de far away lor. I'll be 38wks liao, sekali already pop le!

I agree! Gals' stuff are so exciting. All colours of the rainbow. All sorts of styles. Plenty of accessories. Can buy until siao! But gd lah, save money, esp since 1st child.. tendency is to go a bit crazy with the buying.

I hiao lah. Want 2 diaper bags. Also, the rest of my bags aren't waterproof/resistant. Scared later got spillage or something, very hard to clean leh. So prob when I'm out with BB, only the diaper bags will be used haha.

Eh.... I also dunno how! 35wks sounds like a tight deadline lor. But I guess you don't have much choice also, since the plans have already been set. I think better wash first and keep clean/safe in tied up or zipper bags. Then move house already just arrange them into the drawers/cupboard lor. Otherwise I really scared you dont' have enough time/energy to wash them yourself!

can i ask a rather gross question here? i've been having like very very soft stools lately for the past 2wks. u can say its almost like diarrhoea, except that the frequency is normal - only once a day. should i be concerned or is this quite normal for rather pregnant women???

my arms are extremely itchy now! just took an anti histamine pill. the gyne who saw me last thursday said that my eczema was chronic already (cos all over the body and pretty serious), and he wanted me to see a dermatologist just in case i get an infection from any of the spots and cause problems in the pregnancy. but i told him that i'll wait till the pregnancy is over (10 more weeks!) before doing anything to my skin. cos according to previous pregnancy experience, the eczema did get slightly better after i gave birth. hiyah, this skin problem is plaguing me my entire life!

i'm quite tempted by the purple and blue tube bras on the website. i currently have the white, pink and black ones for that same range. never seen purple and blue in the shops before, hahaa.

i also had soft stools over the past week. gyne, when prodding the stomach on thursday, said there was gas inside the stomach. i guess as long as it's not food-poisoning type of diarhoea, it should be okay. well, at least better than having constipation.

oh dear..poor u. i know how it feels, coz i also got eczema problems from time to time. i used to see this dr. loke, he is very good! his medication can really keep my ezcema problems under control.

To answer your very gross question with a gross answer: I also have very soft stools similar to diarrhoea frequently. I asked my doc, she say it's better than being constipated! It's due to diet and hormonal issues, she say. Nothing to worry about.

CONTRACTIONS
basically its a tightening of the tummy, it doesnt need to be painful lah, just feel v tight and uncomfortable. braxton hicks is really nothing to real contractions lor. and 1-2 cm cant even feel a thing to me lor. during my first natural birth, by the time i felt something it was already 7cm but the worst is the 9-10cm contractions. they come fast n furious dun even have time to take deep breath! haha sorry ah hope im not scaring u!!

I tink I do prefer if its on a Friday too.. 24th July is good.. I cant make it on 31st Jul cos i got an appt to see my gynae. Aug is a big NO NO for me too cos i dun tink i'll be in the condition to go out alone.. would be too heavy n tiring to drive out by myself.. hb wouldnt agree also.. plus he's not in sg.. he worries alot..

Actually, I don't eat much already. Being on the salon floor without a single day off for the whole month, I eat abit in the day (Brunch)and then dinner. That's all. So I wonder what did I overdose on? 8 Chwee Kuey in a week 1 shot too much? XD

I didn't respond to your dates cos none of them work for me. Weekdays I still have to continue preparing #2's things, on top of my usual housework + taking care of #1, then Saturday/Sunday is reserved for family time. Same like other mommies, I also prefer Friday also cos Saturday morning can sleep in late!

thats why i said not scary lah, maybe feel v tight at the tummy only. u just think of it as ur muscle contracting lah of course tight lah. like when u work out in gym u contract ur muscle u also feel v tight wat! no need to be scared

i think also v individual lah. some ppl say 2 cm already hurts like mad some wont feel it. but as u get more experienced it gets better lah. when it came to my gal, i didnt even feel anything until i was fully dilated. of course prayer works wonders

Mine was induced one. Nurses/doc told me induced is more painful leh. Supposedly 1-3cm is the pain level of 5-7cm. But.. I dunno lah. After #2 come then I let u all know ok??

I'll got problems getting to sleep. Whenever, i lay on my left side for about 15 mins, i'll feel a pain on the left side of my ribs. but when i turn to the right side, my right ribs has got the pain. Then if i lay on my back, i have difficulties breathing. Any of u have this problem? How ah?

I have similar problem, when I lay on my right, rib pain. When I lay on my left, BB kicks non-stop, very very pain. When I lay on my back, can't breath properly. I found the least uncomfortable position is to lay on my back but a bit turned to one side (eg left) with a pillow tucked under the other side (eg right). Hahaha dunno if u can understand what I mean. But still must flip and turn the whole nite lah.

It's ah ma looking. (a mummy posted the photo some time back.. u must search the thread) but comfy. I would say it's good for home use. I bought 3 for use in hospital and confinement month, stay home no need so nice (a theory Shelled disagree.. LOL). Just buy a size bigger to cater for more growth and nursing pad. After confinement month then I'll get nicer nursing bra in more fitting size lor.

I find you very funny leh. You say you posted again, and again I didn't read. So?? You also ask about BW many times, I also posted many times PLUS I told you over MSN also. So does that put us on even ground now? Do you actually expect EVERYONE to read your EVERY POST?

When people ask you about your BP items, you just ask them to "read back" also, then how come you cannot read back to the 1st and 2nd gathering and come to a simple conclusion that most moms/MTBs simply prefer Friday? Or read back to BW discussion?

This is, like, double standard lor.

Plus, you never gave mommies a chance to state their preferred days/dates before you just posted the gathering details. Then now you say we all never say die die want Friday. Please lah, you got give us chance to say meh?

Haha.. i also never eat that much, just that past 2 nights i ate TOO MUCH! LOL! Now usually i have bread/milk/biscuits/milo in the morning & noon.. then evening have usual dinner. But come to evening and late night, i will feel so full even without eating. Digestion slows down... then upper body (below breasts) feels tight..... the most uncomfortable part of the day daily...

I must relax.. cannot so gan cheong and so rojak feelings.. will make me panic even more.. so i must learn to relaxxxxxx.... awwww....

Hahaha... your baby is really SMART okay.... hahaha... just that each time when baby kicks me HARD, i told hubby then he will tell baby not to kick SO hard.. so i can SLEEP. Hahahaa..... and baby will listen to him leh... we try at least 5 times... hahahaa.. at first is thought aiyer coincidental lah... but chey no leh... hahahahahaaa.....

Hmmm... i was on a contract job before i got married, then because of wedding preparations (Everything done by myself! i took the role of bride, groom, in laws, parents), i was so stressed and tired until i almost kisiao. So i did not continue my contract. Who knows when i was back from honeymoon, recession already then end up couldn't find a job loh. Then when i found another contract job, sway sway my MS was so terrible until ended up in the hospital and then with 10over days MC.. end up i got to resign loh....... so it's as good as not getting a job since then...

i agree lah... earn more spend more... but can save more leh... earn nothing, need to spend... become pok kai leh! LOL!

Sorry for the changing up and down, but I'm already 34wks and baby is already almost engaged, can feel his head pressing down all the time already. So I really don't want to make any plans in August because I cannot foresee what will happen!
