oh, you've checked wif jenifur. so confirm no need to rinse off, thats great! coz at 1st i thought it needs to be rinsed off. so how little is little to use so as no need to rinse off? 1 pump to a half tub of water in the babytub is it enuff? what do you think?

wah. so good. 2wks parental leave. i go ask my hubby wat leave he got. keke. shuld b ok. cos i can take leave from i pop to the end of de year. n if really i cant take care of bb, hubby can apply to wk from hm. so still not so bad =p

I'm back online!!!. Now sitting on my bed combating the breastpump, c-section wound pain & reading the thread.

Thank you so much for all your wishes. This noti boy really caught me super off guard by coming out at 30 wks & making me go through C-sect pain plus bld transfusion. *urrggghhh*

Praise God that Jedidiah is doing v well, just as wat Mamato6Js mentioned. In fact nurse jus called to say they have up his feeding to 20ml/3hrl. I'm sure he will be home w me real soon.

I will collect my loot from you after I remove my stitches. Now e wound dam painful tt I dun even wana move my body. How u cope w yr C-sect wound huh? It wasn't even so painful when I had an op in 2000 leh. My gynae cut me up at the exact same place leh.

Myself neh also C cup mah. But I bigger size than you wor! If my neh not C cup then very sad leh!! Exactly cos use for a few months, that's why buy cheap @ $10.50 mah. The same type of pillow from Babysafe is more ex lor. Altho I think Cheeky Bonbon brand have the same type of pillow that is much cheaper. But the stuffing quite lousy also. #1 used that one last time. Sleep a while then the stuffing turned flat liao. So pointless.

I coped with my c-sec wound very painfully. Nothing to do except TAHAN. That's why I say DIE DIE this time round I must VBAC. I think of the healing period I also scared. And I believe if inflict new c-sec cut over my old c-sec, sure double the pain jialat jialat. CANNOT LAH!

It's ok lah.. I dun need e things urgently too. Just hv to make sure I collect it before you popped lor.

I seriously can nv understand why some ppl rather opt for C-sect den natural birth. It's such a painful process. I was out of my bed 4-5hrs later after natural birth. BUT I'm still in so much pain now *sob* *sob*. My neighbor in ward who deliver all 3 children via c-sect told me it's more painful cuz I went under GA, like as if it wld make a diff.

Wld e pain be much better after removing e stitches? When can start massage huh? I ask Ivy, she said best to wait 2 mths.

Will definitely pray for you to have successful supernatural delivery instead of C-sect.

Dun tink they will let you peep at Jedidiah. He's in the NICU so they are VERY strict bout visitors. His PD estimate his stay to be bout 1 mth but we are expecting it to be much shorter.

OH before I forget... DUN TAKE DR. KEOY as yr PD hor... Not sure why but Dr. Joycelyn Wong always recommend him. Tis time round I gana him too. I had reminded myself to change PD but everything happen so sudden tt I forgot bout it.

I find him v bo-chap lor... He keeps quiet unless u ask him questions, find him not very pro-breastfeeding. And hor few times during my consultation for my #2 hor, he had his eyes closed while I was asking my questions. Saw some -ve comments bout him when I search thru e forum. I can tell u hor, even my regular GP can do a better job den him lor.

I still prefer my gal's PD, which is Dr. Ong from SBCC. My gf who was with Dr. Wong also gana Dr. Keoy. She also dun like him. My colleague initially also gana him but I told her to get Dr. Wong to change.

Not sure why both Dr. Khi & Dr. Wong seem to recommend Dr. Keoy if u nv indicate yr PD preference.

it's called the tenafix surgical panty...it's a netted panty which fit ur butt nicely and can hold the pad in place properly. most probably u wouldn't need pads with wings also...

My gynae is generally pro-natural, unless situation force her to do C-sec. In my case when my dilation kenna stuck at 4cm, she told me to wait some more if i really want natural, but I was tired and hungry (nurses wouldn't let me eat/drink from 7am until 10pm) and I was thinking how to push even if I wait until 10cm dilated lor. Then lagi worse, cos mine was induced, the night before I already know i going hospital, so whole night cannot sleep! No food, no sleep, i also dunno how i would have been able to push #1 out! So I just told her I give up lah, pls cut me open and give me my baby.

Does your gynae have any medical reasons for wanting u to c-sec again? If don't have then just insist on VBAC lor. My gynae say as long as the 2 pregnancies are at least 1.5 yrs apart, VBAC is generally very safe. But will strap me on to fetal monitor when in labour, just in case. Cannot do hydrotherapy or anything else.

Your ward-mate also a bit... bullshit. Cut is cut lor. Whether you GA or epi, they still cut you up the same way what! Mine was epi and it was still pain like fxxk lor! Even though I can walk around the next morning (my c-sec was 11+pm), I do it with quite a bit of effort and pain tolerance also lor. But they say walk around will help things, cos sit around too long later really don't dare to move around. So I just walk lah.

My stitches was never removed, if I recall correctly. I think its those "melting" stitches? I was checked, and dressing changed to smaller ones, but I don't think got remove stitches lor. But then again... I am blur de.

But i really don't think have lah! Later I ask my hubs, he remembers better than me.

Ivy is more "safe" regarding postnatal massage for c-sec moms. But I got Mdm Khatijah when I had #1, and she will massage you after your 2wks postnatal checkup & your doc says everything is ok.

Thank you for your prayers for my supernatural childbirth! I have a good feeling about this pregnancy/delivery, but I just hope it's not my optimism acting up too strong!

I bought the 4-pack multi-use pad mah, since you, jess and floralim dun have any multi-use pad due to BBmall's corkup, we can share the 4 pcs among us. So jus nice 1 each, but it's the water absorbent one, not the water proof one if you dun 嫌弃. =)

the infant care center wanna 'makan' half my deposit!! told them i need the $ to tide through this period liao, they can reply

"We are sorry that we are unable to accede to your request for a full refund should you choose to withdraw from the infant care service now. Kindly provide us with a formal written email or letter of withdrawal should you decide to withdraw."

KNS!! registered less than 2 wks before i was retrenched, din even received their receipt yet!! so angry!! i lost $600, they gained $600 by doing NOTHING!!

Someone asked about the clarins oil. I use it too. apply it at night. it seems that if you follow the cold water instruction, the oil gets absorbed faster.

by the way, i still get lots of stretchmark.
