piggytoh> today finally got him to "like" the spoon again. i wonder if it's becos, the cereal i give him recently not properly stirred. than abit lumpy. makes him have phobia. but today's one i made it hot in the warmer, so it sort of become watery, he gradually accepted it, so total i gave him 50ml cereal n later on gave him another 60ml of heinz fruit puree. not a bad start. =p

tml i tink i shall give him bread with the heinz fruit puree. think he's teething, so prefer some textured food which he can bite

my boi dun like to drink milk in IFC...
at home when i feed him...he ok...but at school his intake is terrible but he loves his solids from teachers feedback...

ya lor everytime he drink half full he will push away refuse to drink any further mus add into his cereal to trick him to drink more milk... nowaday he only drink 400-450ml...

For those with bb boys using bb carrier, do yr bbs find it uncomfy at their crotch area? Recently i find that Ovann will sometimes try to wriggle abit when he's in the carrier. I suspect he's doing it cos he's uncomfy.

But i'm oso using the ergo leh. Or is it becos i tighten the waist area too much? But tight is easier to carry cos he's in the carrier snugly mah.
 
some mummies here get preggie again? though I do not know who, but congrats to those who preggie again, take good care at this crucial 1st trimster.
I had never experience miscarriage and i experience it on mid may, went to see gynae to do blood test, my 2nd blood test HCG level drops, on same day i went for 2nd blood test i see menses like, so i tot my menses came late, nvr went back to see gynae, sotong me, haha, if everythg go smoothly my edd date was actually 1 jan 2011..

i start potty training when he is 10.5 mths old, he keep standing up, in the end i give up. even my mum give up.
 
Eunice/April, its a 2 tier cake. Below 10" and top is 6". I dunno the weight but I guess below 2kg and on top 1kg bah. But its very heavy due to the fondant.

Joan S. my stock is the soup the day before but in the meal I do add in one veggie & one meat. If not, I will use dry scallop to boil. I have try it myself, very tasty. If you are just using one veggie and meat to make stock, then it might not be as tasty.

Irene, we like Aunty Yochana's cake too, very yummy. Tasted them a couple of times during birthday parties. What we like is that is not sweet and very soft.
 
IFC: my boi like the porridge and cereal in IFC too, but comes to milk he drink lesser and sleep more hahaha think he play a lot with his friends. At home he will drink more milk but sleep lesser hahaha.
Yesterday i try to make alphabet pasta for him with steam mashed tomatoes, carrots some minced meat, he loves it - this my first time trying, yuppie. By the way , where can i get white onion, i can only find red or yellow onion

yes tat was challenging time i hv, my elder son down with chk pox, then baby, then myself. everythg come at same time...haha tink back something memorable :D

oh nvr tot can train him stand & pee. will start train him stand & pee tis weekend...
i nvr train my elder son, i let the child care teacher do it, so he oni start to potty train when he turn 2.5 years old.

glad everything is over now... my boi also love to stand n bath n sit in the tub to play water i also usu let him play a while but he always refuse to get up hold tight tight to the tub

i cook new taste for Edric last nite for his dinner, cook millet with white grains rice, blend apple & white peach plus egg yolk. i bought the Thermos food jar from the BP 2 wks ago, now i love this food jar, once the millet n rice cook, i put in the food jar, stir together with the apple & peach puree & egg yolk. when time for dinner open up n let him eat. so can keep warm.

the white onion is the yellow/brown skin type. Edric love the pasta too.

look like they hv same behaviour, refuse to get up, he hold so tight to the tub as well, can feel he hold very tight., maybe hor same day, same timing or not? edric is in the timing between 1 to 3pm.
 
piggy & April, haaahaaa, Ray also refuse to get out of the tube after bath and stand for bathing too.

April, regard miscarriage, do "bu" your body too.
 
piggytoh> really depends on his mood. sometimes one feed settled, sometimes 2. but sch say he loves his solid - cereal with bm / porridge. but at hm, he refuse after awhile, den wanna eat my food. maybe he boycott cos he wan my food. tat day i was eating hamburger, he want oso. den i give him the bread -_-

Overall Brewbaker's quite cosy and nice place... just a couple of people complain as they cant find the place.

Food wise... average lah. My auntie says the roast chicken chop is nice.
portion quite small leh, I ordered for 60pax, and 61 pax turn up. some dishes totally finish eating. not everyone eat de mah... like I never eat much myself. If all 60 pax really eat hor, then not enough already.

They quite nice... in the end never charge me for the coffee/tea that my guest ordered.

mosquito patches> anyone bought from bp? think there is 2kinds - korea or japan. not sure which is better. only thing i know is korea = 24hrs, japan = 8hrs. 8hrs is good enugh actually for me. dun think i will be outdoor for so long =p

today is my girls' lunar birthday.. :)

Keona started to walk like 7 steps ystrday.... Mattea hao lian at first..oni stood n watch the sis....den KS oso....haha.. so today oso took few steps. hehe.
