does anyone here apply lotion/ sun block when u bring bb for a swim? my husband and i bring our bb out for a swim at least once a month. we don apply cream...so just thinking if anyone here can recommend any good lotion or need not apply at all. hahah

so far i bring my son to swim durin late evenin when the sun not strong so i din apply anything..

since javier gone for the allergy test and show no allergy to whole eggs can let him try...

cos for the MMR jab or is it another jab...??
they need to take eggs and show no allergy to eggs b4 they can take that jab...

ya.. MMR nit to have no allergy for egg white.. i still thinking whether to let him take MMR at 15mths or 18mths.. hee..

I went to their website and left a feedback on the Frisocrem and the gal jus called me. she says she'll send a guy over later to change the 2 cans. v efficient!

eating habit:
my gal eat a lot,but she is so slim.. her cousin 3mth younger bigger size then her, then mil keep complain i dun gv eat,duno how to take care[she no see,as she oversea]btw my gal eat more then her cousin but she is very active la,her cousin seldom move!!

Vivien> my boy also like tat. he eats/drinks every 2 hrs everyday and yet his weight is only @ the 25th percentile. we just went to the doc yest. she says it's ok cos he's v active. he was moving non-stop throughout the time he was @ the doc's. she also gave us vitamins in case we're worried he's not absorbing enough la.. but my hubby & i think tat as long as he eats ok and is active. then shd b ok ba?

dun compare baby to baby.. my neighbour bb 4 mth younger also almost the same size as my BB but my BB is not exactly small jus tt my neighbour 1 is really big n heavy.. as long as ur gal weight is acceptable range ok liao...
 
micky, i tried that before i bought it for my son;s full month... their cheese cakes not bad.. and really must order b4 going...

my colleagues commented that its nice too. i ordered the party pack

yes yes the cream also nice. I am thinking whether to get for my boys 1 black 1 cream or both same color?! Haiyo...headache haha..

this pat's pastry near my place! maybe i can check whether they do nice Mickey mouse cake haha..

hmm the other i go i saw alot of pack ordered by others la... but quite disappointin they dun have off the shelves item for orderin lo... quite keep to try the cheese egg tarts & Savouries Vol-au-Vent

yes.... tt day i went nothing off the shelve 1 u mus call n order... cos tt day the variety show got show some pastries in the shelves tt y i thot they will have made some extras for off the rack but who knows... to avoid disappointment pls call n order..
 
ya lor, my gal also drink eat almost every 2hr , doc also say she is growing fine. but mil keep compare my gal with her cousin.
hear liao very a---- , then say u dun eat so much la, gv yr girl eat more.. what e f, me only 3 normal meal, whereelse i feed my girl so often.
her cousin no move all absorb ,my gal active i cant stop her ma.

swimming:
i brg my gal for swim almost everydy unless raining or hv other things on. but i go ard 5pm+ when sun set so never apply sun block for her. though i hv 2 on standby 1 from pigeon 1 from philip.

ignore ur MIL la they always assume 1... heng my boi is fed by my MIL so she cant comment anything abt it... i seldom let wat they say affect me i jus do wat i deem rite:p

when u gals bring them to swim u gals let them swim with float or ?? i jus let him sit in those rider wor...

my gal is always in the pool for about 30min! hahha, she enjoys swimming a lot. she does the frog style...and like to 'catch bubbles'.

oh we don use float. papa or me are the floater.. use hand to support her neck and she'll naturally float.

i attended the aqua duck trial class and the instructor taught us a few techniques. The techniques are really v useful. my gal loves it!

We have the rider too but we don't use it. The rider is more for relax relax ..haha, that one is good for them to learn kicking the leg in water.

cos my boi dun like neck float now n i scare it too small for him now... maybe the nex round i will do mre with him keke..
 
piggy, I gotten extra Large on for Ray and so far he's ok. And sometime, we just hold him on his neck to float too.

I used to take red cross swimming classes in Van with Kai too, just get them used to water and floating. Then slowly introduce blowing out air through mouth.

Also need to train them to ask for permission before entering the pool.

Important to teach them to float so they know what to do when fall into water and will not drown.

Oh btw, last week went we went to the public pool to swim, there was an instructor there teaching a group of kids. It was really funny, the instructor swam to us and asked us to buy a goggle (do i spell correctly..hahha) for my bb. He said it is better so that bb's head can go into the water. We smiled and ignore him coz we think that it is a waste of $.

Then after the swim, we bathed our gal, then while i was wearing her clothes, the instructor came to us again and then said it is good for bb to use goggle. Then he showed us the goggle which is quite cool, bright orange color. My gal was so funny with that goggle. ANyway, it was cheap $8.90.

Then the instructor came back to my baby and said, next time if uncle see you, i'll teach you. You'll be my first bb swimmer.

????????? I was thinking in my heart 'free ah'. ahahha

swimming :
previously i use neck float n rider, but now my gal dun like neck float le,
then i feel rider more relax no exercise, so not using it le,
now i put those round float under my gal armpit. she will kick so hard n try to swim forward..
normaly we stay in water 30-45min depend on her mood.
i also attend e aqua duck class,but cnt remember le. ha ha..

i tried to ignore her comments, but everytm she see e relative n friends,she will pop out e topic,
i ill treat her granddght no gv her eat/drk,want to save $$, n only eat myself. so sick of tht man.
where got mum in treat own daughter wan!!

babyjon, just ignore mils are like that. Mine no different too. Mine will go tell every1, she took care of my #1 but she only come with fil to my place like twice a week as dh felt that his sil does not allow fil to visit the two older boys.

when is the appropriate age for our baby to learn swimming?

my #1 only recently started his swimming class haha and to think his little bro can be able to swim too that will be amazing :p
 
Hiaz .. Ovann's turn to fall sick. Suddenly just developed a cough & runny nose last nite. Brought him to pd this morning & gotten some med. He seems better now.

oh btw, previously i ordered from taobao.com a waterproof sheet for the bed b4, quite gd. think i wanna buy again. any1 knows if there's any spree going on for tat? :p
