Well..
MIL / PIL

im on gd terms with my PIL and we don live together. My FIL also eats with his leg up on the chair sometimes but actually i feel that is alright personally cos old ppl style.

But one thing im nt used to it is that, haha.. u kw the soup, after drinking, left over got some fillings not touch, my PIL family will pour back into the pot. haha... normally i will tel my hubby nt to pour back cos i told him its manners. haha..

actually my in laws got our hse keys, so sometimes they will drop over suddenly which i have get used to it. and actually i don mind. but funny is that, there is one time where hubby n i was making out and popped DADDY COMES!!! haha.. we quickly close the mstr bedroom before the front door was open. haha..

saw this great idea on the July thread..so thought to share. esp useful if baby is like zac who currently likes to use his finger to outline objects.

found another paint-play idea online! Check out http://lets-explore.net/blog/2009/10/paint-bag-writing/

Using a ziplock bag, put reasonably thick paint in it, flatten it out on a children's table/even kitchen tray, stick it down (or even seal down the edges if you like), and the kids can so-call draw with their fingers on it (trim those fingernails first?). Post suggests using cotton swabs for the older kids.

Saw another alternative of the same thing is using black paint instead, tape it over a rainbow-color background, so that when the child squish the paint, varied colours shows thru the bag.

Haha I remember courtship time i will stay over at my Hub place every weekends my mil will knock knock to ask us to watch tv prog makan etc while we in fact are making out half way lucky we lock the door hehe
 
piggy, your in-laws at least they respect u lo..tat time i having confinement my hubby also pass them the key they will cum up open the door using the key w/out giving me a call before hand.

got once i damn unhappy de, MIL jz cum up wif relatives w/out inform me before hand..she shd called &amp; tell me 1st mah so tat i can prepare right?

Then after confinement cos i breastfeed mah so i told my hubby when they cum press the door bell 1st if not i nurse half way then so embarrass.

Guess they got the hint then will press door bell I open the door for them even they still holding the key.
 
keys> i give my keys to my parents cos i scare we forget bring keys out. but my parents never use the key to come in to my hm. dey believe in privacy. even when i ask them over to my place, they dont open the door themself. dey will ding dong =p

oh confinement time they did the same cos my hb not ard n when I pump only left the Cl so my il help themselves to the key but after my confinement no more la cos I rather go to their place den they come over ..

joeey, so nice to be still remembered! haha... ya, my boy was big at birth considering the amt of weight i put on but now, defintely fall behind the rest.... i am still bfing him and only feed him solids when i have the time! terrible hor!

i enjoy kids xplorer but only go during off-peak (they have $4 per entry admission on off peak mons) so that my gal won't get bullied (she is 3 but not at all assertive).

actually my parents &amp; in-laws both sides have keys to our place (for emergencies) but they will also inform before coming by too... with regards to the relationship, sometimes just give and take lor but i know its not easy esp. if u live together!! that's why when my fil asked us to stay with them, i immediately said NO! haha... now we live in their house but not together (they have two houses and we rented out ours) so mil pops by more frequently... i am ok with it since she sometimes help to look after my 2 kids when i'm at work.

teeth?? my boy already have 7 that cut through... probably more on the way since he's drooling heaps!

I only have fil but he simply bo chap me at all. Only meet once a month during gathering. He is too busy with his social circle to bother abt me. See bb less than 10 times. Should I say I lucky or unfortunate leh?

House keys
my parents has 1 set of our keys. They are helping me to take care of my gals and my mum comes to my house daily to bring my gals over to their place. Sometimes, I forgotten to bring my keys I will go over to pick up their set.

There was 1 incident, my gals were taking their naps. I went outside to throw rubbish. Accidentally locked the door, I quickly borrow a phone from my neighbour n get my dad to bring over his set of keys. I can't imagine if I din have a spare set with my parents.
 
De explored kid at downtown east is fun. My #1 is oso a member there. She enjoys going there. But she will play for an hours cos she is playing alone. But I believe if my niece n nephew go along, should be very fun.

I buy 2 swim suits. Looking forward me now wear my pre pregnancy 2 pcs, cannot cover the bulge out tummy area, my elder son ask me why didi born my tummy still big ask me is it still hv baby, tell me must cover not nice. Coz of his words i tink must buy new swim suit. Haha
