thks weishy for getting me the 1 week pure yoga trial, after CNY i hv to do exercise.
dolcevita, tml lunch time i get the red onion put at my desk too....later they must be tinking new fengshui...
actually i noe the anchorvale cc staff there, located at sengkang swimming pool, if we want a baby party, maybe i can ask them to give me FOC usage on the cc hall....heheheeee...

cheerios:hv to be very prepared la when u take this LONG flt....when date nearer then i can give u more advise
bb will be 1 yr old liao......no more sleeping sleeping sleeping.....actually is nt they surviving but us parents wakakkaka.
its oki they cry inflt....esp during take off n landing.if bb hv flu or blocked nose pls try to change flt......if nt try to give those drowsy medication for bb...if not she will suffer when landing....my girl did n finally i get to experience on our way to sabah.she was in pain n struggles so much that we couldnt catch hold of her.....she's seriously in pain...never seen b4......much worst than teething pain .....

I got an idea ! Can we rent a bungalow challet at Pasir Ris, those opposite pasir ris park, big enough to entertain 100 guests ?
We can have buffet for adults , need to decorate the place, clean the floor etc etc.

those bungalows opp pasir ris pk r for staff of the company..mostly banks...another alternative aloha resorts, tink civil servant staff hv special rate...my neighbour work with MOE lah, i can ask him book, but hor challenging part is 1 mth advance oni, must do like cinderalla kind, when clock strike midnight, see who's faster chop chop the bungalow...hahaha

1 mth advance for civil servant, public tink can book early. civil servant staff rate, i book for him in oct08, he need it in end nov08, i remember tat clearly, i find funni lor, he ask me help him lor.

dont pump so long. it might make it worst cos your body might thought sam needs more milk and create more milk thus make block duct even worst... where is your blocked duct? at the side?
if the block duct is really bad, best way is to call mdm rokiah for help but must spend $.

jul, i hate blcoked duct..pain really unbearable
so painful ask hubby to suck oso pain...stay relax, i use hot towel tat time. the cold cabbage dun work for me...

baby flipping: my bb is sleeping sideways nowsadays and we are concerned he will flip while sleeping do you get the pillow support for your dearie or what precaution you take while bb sleeping..

cold cabbage can only relieve the pain for a while but it will make the block duct worst. that time I didn't know and my CL put it for me. end up had to have 3 sessions with Mdm Rokiah. =(
I prefered hot compress. When Mdm Rokiah did hot compress for me, the block duct will "melt" and milk will flow out
