hello everyone!

haven't logged in for a long time...

my baby isn't keen on her cereal yet. the only way i can get her to eat some is to finger feed. n even then she'll only eat about a teaspoon's worth...

she's also been fussing at night, which is very unusual for her. since new year's day, she'll scream when we put her in her crib for bedtime... sigh...

See that almost all mums have started solids or are stocking up on cereal.

Can I check wif u all, does your babies drink less now? See my daughter can stretch her milk feed, so does it mean she will drop one feed and I'll just have to increase the amt fed?

Right now (Started few days ago)
9am latch
11.30am (sometimes 12pm) bottle 150ml (Used to be 11am)
4pm bottle 150ml
7.30pm bottle 150ml or slightly less
10pm bottle 150ml
5.30am latch

Last time (Very predictable)
9am latch
11am bottle 140ml
2-3pm bottle 140ml
6.30pm bottle 140ml
9.30pm bottle 220ml

Am very confused now cos she changed her pattern. Dunno if I should give her more milk per feed? She used to sleep thru but lately 4.30am or 5.30am must wake up to latch. Stressed! On top of that, she tends to cry more often. But when I give her her milk bottle, she doesn't want to drink (sometimes even though it is her milk time). Dunno is it she's teething or what, bites her teether desperetely. I also realised that when she bites desperetely, means she's hungry. But still rejects bottle. But after persistently giving her milk and assuring her, she will drink.

Sigh .. HELP! I'm so confused. And worse, today she has runny nose. Caught the cold from her elder sis. Haigh ... Any advise?

Also dunno is it stress or what, milk supply greatly decreased. Was on TBFing for the last few months. Now open fridge not enough milk bottles stocked up.

phy, if she can take more than 150ml per feed, no harm giving? U can give as much as she wants, then at least u can rule out hunger as the reason for her waking up if she takes enough in the day?

There was sometime abt 2 weeks back that Sam also started waking up at 430am for milk, when he norm wakes ard 6/630am. I will fed him at 4 something.. then he adjusted back by himself leh. And he din demand for more feeds either. just dunno y wake up earlier.
